What is change
management
Change management is part of project
management that ensures that if the
recommended changes are incorporated to
the system then the project will definitely
gain competitive advantages and commercial
revenue from the market. Through the
personal change management and the
business change management approach
differs a lot each other.
I have realized that in order to make
necessary changes and include
recommended changes to the business the
necessary things that are to be followed
include the followings:
