To ensure the project terminates and closed without much hassles, the project manager will use
the following checklist that summarises key milestones and deliverables
1) All activities are marked completed as per the tender document
2) All the work given to any third party is finished and handed over to the project manager
3) All the pending invoices are fully paid
4) The project paraphernal should be returned back to the source
5) The mammography should be officially handed over to the hospital
6) Inform the account manager of the full completion of the project here need to close the
accounts for the same
