I get to know about the aspects related to the disputes, claims,
variations, and arbitrations and how crucial these aspects could be for
the successful and efficient delivery of the project. This week was
another widening concept in relation with the project execution and
management of the project constraints and successful delivery of the
project. The previous weeks were enhancement in the topics as
mentioned earlier however; current topics led in the development of
the strategies and the practices those can contribute in the successful
and effective deployment of the project.

of project delays, disruptions,
and changes to planned
activities and the methods for
claims variations, liquidated
damages, contract
entitlements, and arbitration.
The objectives mentioned in the above section are capable of
influencing the project constraints in negative manner and thus, cause
further manipulation in the strategies for the project delivery. The
dispute can cause in the variations and variation could led to the claims
and for solving these traits, arbitration will be required in manner to
identify whether the project has been successfully delivered in an
efficient and effective manner or not.

Proper strategies and plan should be done considering every activity
and perspective of those activities on the project delivery. Proper
management includes the monitoring and auditing and thus, the
project evaluation has been completely dependent on the project
evaluation strategies and how the project is being evaluated
considering the standard and quality of the project.
