This week’s learning provides a fundamental knowledge about the philosophical
basis and different methods of negotiation. The materials of this week have
provided a great understanding of the different issues associated with the
Chunnel project and the success criteria of the project. This week’s learning has
helped me in gaining a knowledge about the different processes of project

It is essential for a project manager to be good in arguments as project
managers play an integral role in the process of project negotiation. It is one of
the necessary skills that a project manager should posses. Negotiation is an
integral part of any project and therefore, it is essential for a project manager to
possess a skill of project negotiation. If a project manager is good in arguments
there are high chances that the negotiation process associated with the project

Project management approach should be ethical so that it does not faces any
legal issue while its implementation. If a project manager is unethical, there is a
considerable risk associated with the project and the project management
approach that is followed in the project. This might in turn delay the project and
result in failure of the project.
