 Application helps in monitoring the performance .an application
software is designed that help the administrators of IT to ensure
that the application operating are performing well and the users
are receiving the desired performance .The standards as well as
the quality are maintained properly. The application system all the
data from the utilization made by the client CPU (Zhang and
Swanson 2015). Accordingly the application system checks all the
requirement and monitors the performance of the system. The
main reason is that the performance monitoring of the system is
very important if the performance is not monitored the entire
system can fail and the project can stop suddenly .Such accident
will lead to the complete destruction of the ongoing project and it
will be really difficult for the managers to bring the project back to
the track.
 The application helps in managing the changes with the help of a
tool that looks after the change in the methods are not having
severe effect on the system. To ensure that the changes are not
causing any accident and not destroying the quality of the service.
The application system tools to manage the changes are a set of
techniques that looks after the changes so that the system easily
