waves of the jet engine create a negative effect on the environment and human
also so it is essential to develop it. Different stakeholders are involved in this
NPR project so it is essential for the Brisbane airport authority to develop
contracts with them under the As 4000-1997 General conditions of contract
(Bell, 2009). Investors are the key stakeholders in this project to provide
financial support in the development of the NPR and according to the General
conditions of contract it is essential to create a contract in between Brisbane
airport authority and investors to set the payment methods, interest rate and
time period for the loan is provided (Commonwealth of Australia, 2012).
Different types of tenders are passed for engineering and construction purposes
in which a proper tendering process is used effectively to maintain the fairness
and transparency in the tenders (Wiser, & et. al., 2002). A public notice is
distributed by an effective medium to invite interested people in this project.
Expected investment and dates are effectively announced in the tender to keep
the transparency in the tendering process.

communication process is e.g. written and verbal has to be used by the project
managers and team managers to communicate effectively and clear the sense of
communication. Each team played a significant role in the project development
and implementation. NPR is a construction and engineering project which has a
