the responsibility to carry out the construction work for the project. The project manager will

to be carried out. The stakeholders for the project will carry out the project activities and they will
have to complete the project within stipulated deadline and the budget. The construction project
will contain all the necessary activities that need to be carried out. The project plan will contain all
the activities related to the project activities and that needs to be carried out. The project will
contain the primary list of activities and they are contracts, documents and revision, bids and
contracts, detailed review of bids, grading and building permits. Other than all these activities the
project will contain the site work, foundation, rough carpentry, construction of concrete slabs. All
these activities will be conducted by the construction department and the builder. The electrician
will take up the responsibility to set up HVAC. It is the responsibility of the plumber to setup the
Plumbing Rough-in. The masons and the builders will conduct the work on roofing, exterior finishes,
insulation, drywall, and the floor finishes. The painter and the decorators will carry out the painting
works for the building. In this way the entire project will be completed as per deliverables.
