Investigating Critical Success Factors for PPP Housing Delivery in UK

This project report investigates critical success factors (CSFs) for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) housing delivery, focusing on the UK context. It highlights the significance of PPPs in addressing housing needs and infrastructure development, while acknowledging the challenges and risks involved, such as risk allocation and financial complexities.
