organization (Alfakhri, Nurunnabi and Alfakhri, 2018). This will become easy for the
organization to gain trust of public. This report includes the brief explanation of PR for
ethical organisations.

public relations practices. If the organization is having the excellence public relation then it
will be possible by the ethical practices (Fitch, 2018). There are many ethics is involve in the
ethical organization which are discussed in brief. The first is Transparency in Public
Relations in this PR professional of organization have to open with their brand and their
ability to share the information of certain company as well as taking opinions from the public
related to the environmental and social issues. Second is Inflating Service fees of the
organization of price inflation in which the standardized good and service is now having the
high price for over the specific period of time. This will do by the organization for usually for
the one year. This will directly impact the cost living of the country. Third is Value of ethics
in which the organization of PR professional have to serve the course of action according to
the determining of standard behaviour and making guideline for decision making and
resolution for the conflict and have the influencing power so that they easily attract the
person towards the organization. Fourth is successful of PR Practitioners of organization of
PR professional have to creates the relationship and image foe their organization (Greenland,
Lužar and Low, 2020). This will utilize the variety of media sources like newspaper,
magazines, websites etc. to reach their public.

is a very important and big responsibility for the organization that to create the good image in
the market by help their surrounding environment.

perform for the existence and them able to run their business operation smoothly in the
market. The CSR help their surrounding society for the development so that they don’t have

practices have many different practices which they need to follow and perform by the
organization. Let’s discuss in the brief about the different types of CSR practices. The two
responsibilities have to perform by the organization (Kampf and Fashakin, 2021). This will
improve the country environment and Ethics responsibility which they need to take when
they are running their business operations. First is Environmental Responsibility in which the
management has to take care that the raw material which they used in the organization must
be eco-friendly. So that they able to protect the environment. If organization is using the
natural resource s for the production ten they need to sustain their natural resources by
effectively used this product and they need to do replantation of the natural resources. This is
very effective way to sustain the natural resource long lasting and it will not impact the
