competing with the Travelogue and Ibis hotels. The management was founded by
Whitbread as Travel Inn in 1987 (Akhtar, and Qureshi, 2021). The following report will cover
the organisational structure of Premier Inn Hotel, business environment analysis of the hotel,
internal and as well as external analysis as effectively.

the company and it will also involves the candidates in the procedure of the decision making.

and et.al., 2021). As per to the respective management it is one of the organisation which have
several candidates in their management and it will also involves long chain of unit that is large
and effective set of the management. In full- length structural management it have less term of
the candidates who are dealing with each other and in this executives require to offers them
supervising. Flat management structure has less amount of organisation in comparison to the flat
structural management structural as it have short field of chain. This sort of structure will
authorise the candidates and offers the sense of roles and responsibilities in the management. In
flat organisation structure, candidates are highly motivated in respect to work with other

Business environment defines the situation where the management will perform their

on the situation in which it operates its functions (Leverton, and et.al., 2021). The pandemic
situation of the COVID- 19 is have a negative impact on the tourism as because the management
had faced loss but by applying various sort of plan of actions it will supports the management to
overcome their issues.

SWOT Analysis Strength The higher field of the goodwill of the management of Premier Inn is termed
as one of the strength of the business of the management. Managerial teams will provide
facilities and services to their consumers by which they will have an impact as
effectively. As on the other side, the strength of the business of management is broad as
per to its capability by managing large amount of the rooms for their consumers as
effectively and efficiently. Weaknesses The hotel section might high term of the competition with the motive to
sustain in the field of market (Pickering, and Kiely, 2021). As the Global presence of the
management will not elaborated in the field of the multinational hotel chains. Opportunities The hotel management will involve effective tactics for organising the
divisions. The management will keep investing in the digital marketing by developing
brand value by consumer experience with intense opportunities in the global market.

hotel industry on the immediate basis. In the context of respective organisation political factors is
also used by management in positive manner and this is because of amendments in the tax
reform policy (Savaglio, and et.al., 2021). This is also used for improve the hotel profits as this
aids management for build policy that offer better accommodation rates such as discount to guest
by utilising the new tax reform policy.
Economical factors- In the present scenario, hospitality is identified as one of the largest
growing investment sector which is related with global investor. But sometime this also generate
challenges for the management of premiere inn because change in the currency rate impacts on
prices of travel tickets, rooms booking amount, etc. In addition to this if the currency of a
country is stronger than individuals of that region travel towards the another places because it
will helps them to utilise they purchase power in an easy manner.
Social factors- The main source of premier inn income is based on tourism factors
whether, it is internal or external. Seasonal holidays such as bank holidays and Christmas are
considered as important dates that boost tourism within the country. Therefore, the main target of
the respective organisation is to offer and introduce new fun zone activities and low prices to
hotels in this period.
Technological: This is one of the variable which is directly related to productive working
of the corporate firm. The chosen industry which have to operate being in hospitality sector in
which close or direct relations with clients or customers are being developed. Therefore,
managers of respective corporate firm by undertaking use of various technologies available in
given operational market of firm can gain competitive environment.
Environmental: In current business times in which environment care and corporate
social responsibilities are valued at the top most priority (Uchida, Lane, and Cavanagh, 2021).
The given business firm have to take considerations of such element of the analysis through
which better productivity of respective hospitality firm can be ensured.

could create a systematic issue or challenge before the given business enterprise to operate

management has their own benefits and disadvantage for the management. The business of
