about Premier Inn Hotel it was originated in 1987 in the assurance of Whitbread, in England.
This hotel covers so many chains which are extended worldwide. Some of the well known
chains are like in Jersey, United Arabs Emirates, Germany, Ireland and many more (Galván,
2019) .In this report their will be discussion about the internal and the external affairs with all
the changes which arises with COVID-19. It will also consider all the macro environmental
factors and their major concerns.
2 Organisational Structure of Premier Inn Hotel
When the companies or the organisation are originated they merely decides the
methods in which the company will be structured and their can be seen that all the
organisation have their own different methods and style of working with variant structures.
Their is been seen that as for Premier Inn Hotel they at this mean time follows the Divisional
organisational structure. The main aim of following this structure is in order to divide varies
segments in which the company will thereby manage and make different divisions so as to
divide the work which is being assigned to them. As the housekeeping, food, finance all the
sections are made with proper division and they manage all the essentialism in order to frame
the work. Premier Inn Hotel implies this structure so as to manage and give the employees
the task in which are skilled and perfect. All the divisions which are being made between
them are carried and managed accordingly (Yong, and Park, 2017). The company can also
implement the Hierarchical organisational structure as this is the mostly used structure n the
hospitality sector. Here all the top to bottom flow of information is being taken place and the
managers and heads of the company implement all the decision making with proper
management and they also supervise and keep eye on all the work which is being provided.
