Limited Service Hotel chain. It is one of the largest brand of UK hospitality sector. It makes
operation of its business in various cities and countries. Its headquarter is in Dunstable, UK.
With the aspect of enabling adequate leadership the goal of the Premier Inn can be accomplished
with high employee’s performance.

To analyse the concept of leadership.

Research problem:
Along with changing trends and situation the employees also need to make adoption of
changes which further relate with their turnover and decreased performance. In the same way the
employee’s performance decline because of non-enabling of adequate guidance and direction of
work. Also in changing business scenario in respect to hospitality sector including the Premier
Inn working too, there is a high need of guidance with respect to employees which would not
only lead to the attainment of their goal but the organizational goal can also be accomplished.
With the aspect of leading the employees in terms of guidance their performance can be
