Hospitality industry stated as a different type of businesses and services that are directly
or indirectly linked to offer the satisfaction to the customers. It involves various industries within
themselves like food and beverage industry, travel and tourism industry etc. In this report, the
considered organization is Premiere Inn. The suitable leadership styles that is followed by this
hotel industry is discussed with an appropriate justification. The evaluation of the concepts such
as Organizational responsibility and responsible leadership are explained in the below report
with the context of Premiere Inn(Bavik, A., 2019). In the given below report, it has also been
determine that How the Corporate social responsibility of the Premiere Inn offers advantages to
the company. At last the benefits of social media as well as the risks associated with it are
discussed in this report in the context of the chosen organization.

makes it able for the leader to accomplish it.
