Victoria University - BCO5501: BPMN & SAP Workflow Design Project

This project focuses on developing a comprehensive business process model for Premium Patio Furniture, a company manufacturing lawn and garden furniture. The assignment is divided into two main parts: BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and SAP Workflow Design. The BPMN section involves creating a process model using Signavio, a business process modeling tool, to visually represent the organization's business procedures, including the interactions between customers and various departments like sales, order fulfillment, and installation. The SAP Workflow Design section includes creating an organizational plan, defining activity descriptions, and assigning activities to organizational units. The project uses SAP workflow icons to illustrate the process flow, from order placement to record storage, covering aspects like order processing, payment verification, shipment, and installation. The project also includes a bibliography with relevant sources.
