The methodology involved a quantitative research approach, selecting ten products in various sub-categories like biscuits, candies, chips, and nuts. The results are presented in tables, showcasing the top ten products in each category, and highlighting the brands and product names with their respective content levels. The survey excluded certain categories like yogurts and cakes. The analysis reveals that some companies have zero categories flagged as excessive, while biscuits and candies are the main offenders. The report aims to provide insights into the nutritional content of popular snacks, aiding in consumer awareness and potentially influencing product development.

ABSTRACT
In order to generate survey report, this report is highlighting snack products with the
highest in saturated fats, salt, fat, sugar and trans-fat content. For conducting the survey,
quantitative research methodology is adopted and 10 products have been selected to collect the
opinions. This survey provides help in understanding that there are only few companies which
have zero categories flagged as excessive in content and biscuit & candies are main offenders
currently.
METHODOLOGY
For conducting this food survey, some products are selected which are divided into
following categories: highest in sugar, highest in salt, highest in saturated fats, highest in fat
and highest in trans-fat content. For the purpose, these categories are divided in sub-categories
such as biscuits, bars, candies, chips or corn puffs, cereals, preserves and nuts and some food
products have been excluded such as yogurt, cakes, fried channa and pudding cups. Further 10
products in each sub-category has been chosen on ranking basis to conduct the survey.
RESULTS
The following tables show the top 10 products in the categories of: highest in salt, highest
in sugar, highest in fat, highest in saturated fats and highest in trans-fat content. Each category
showcases sub-categories of products as follows: bars, biscuits, candies, cereals, chips/corn
puffs/popcorn, nuts and preserves.
Categories that were omitted from this particular survey include the following:
 Cakes
 Yoghurt
 Pudding cups
 fried channa/split peas
