The concept of personal and professional development is vital for an individual as it provides
essential support in enhancing along with developing the personal and professional abilities. It
allows an individuals tom ensure that they are able to attain growth as well as improve their
overall performance and productivity. This helps in attaining assistance relative to professional
careers (Alacovska., 2018). I was able to learn about various topics that allowed me to attain
personal develop which was necessary for me in order to enhance my overall productivity. In
addition to this, it was crucial for me as it will provide me necessary assistance in my career as
well as help in overcoming challenges that I may encounter during my university courses.
I was able to attain self-development which was vital for me as it allowed in enhancing
my set skills along with providing me the ability to attain personal development in an efficient
manner. I was able to do so through gaining understanding relative to various topics that
provided me necessary assistance in developing both personally and professionally. I was able to
attain personal development through various topics that involved knowledge from several areas.
The initial topic that I gained understanding of personal development as well as its importance
(Farjon, Smits and Voogt., 2019). It allowed me to understand that it is vital for me to attaining
personal development in order to gain success in both my personal and professional path.
Through this topic I was able to understand that I have to take necessary actions that will help me
broaden my understanding related to development and growth through various skills in a
specific time frame. In addition to this, I was able to understand that through development I wall
be able to enhance my skills in an optimal manner and ensure I have high level of productivity as
well as performance (Rolfe and Freshwater., 2020). I was also able to pay emphasis on
understanding the utilization of personal SWOT analyses and how it can help me identify my
overall strengths and opportunities which can be utilized in order to overcome my weaknesses as
well as threat. This was vital for me as it helped me understand my current position and provided

me with a suitable direction in order to enhance my skills which will help me overcome issues
based on both personal and professional aspects. I was also bale to again the understanding as
well as impact of utilizing Excel. It helps me understand how I can use tools in order to save
time as well as attain high level of efficiency in my work (Sasson, Yehuda and Malkinson.,
2018). Furthermore,l I helps me reduce the possibilities of mistake in my work along with
helping me develop a systematic and structured framework that is well organized. This helps me
present my work in an efficient manner that demonstrated optimal work. In addition to thus I was
able to learn about the concept of plagiarism and what impact it has on my work. I was able to
understand the ethics of academic writing and why its is vital for me to use appropriate source in
my work through paraphrasing skills. Moreover, I was able to learn that I must provide correct
reference to my work in order to give credit to the author. This was important for me as it helps
me improve the quality of my work and allowed me to attain high level of productivity (Stavros,
Stavros and Torres., 2021).
I was also able to learn about the topic of power point and how its is essential in order to
present work in an attractive manner. Through this topic I was able to learn how I can develop a
presentation that will engage with others and increase their curiosity relative to my work. In
addition to this, I was able to learn that through presentation tasks can be completed in a timely
as well as creative manner. Furthermore, I was able to gain an effective understanding based on
different learning style and how I can use a suitable style for me in order to enhance my learning
ability. This helped me ensure that I was able to attain knowledge in an efficient manner and
retain it to be utilized in a given situation. In addition to this, I was also able to learn that I can
adapt to various learning styles relative to the situation I am presented. This ability to adapt will
help me ensure that I am able to learn about various topics in an efficient manner. I was also able
to learn that it is vital for me to use correct referencing in my work in order to provide the author
of articles and journal credit. This helped me understand that I can make my work more reliable
as well as credible through utilization of proper sources (Topalli and Cagiltay., 2018).

employment
I will face various challenges related to my university courses and in order to overcome
them I can utilize SWOT analyses. The analyses will allow me to understand my various

strengths in an effective manner. I will be able to evaluate them and understand I can use them in
various situation. In addition to this, it will also help me determine my weakness and how I can
overcome them. This is crucial as the weakness will result in reduced productivity as well as
performance. Furthermore, the analysis will help me identify my current and future opportunities
relative to university courses. Through this I will be able to understand which opportunity is
suitable for me and can be achieved in an efficient manner. Moreover, the SWOT analyses will
also allow me to understand the threat I can encounter. This will help me develop appropriate
plan based on the current and future threats. It will allow me to develop a plan on the bases of
my strengths and how I can overcome issues in an efficient as well as effective manner.
