INTRODUCTION
Earning is a continuous process which is most important for human being. It is
tendency of human mind to learn form every action or incident. Experience based
learning is more effective than theoretical learning. As a student it is important to
become a good learner to gain knowledge and skills which are important for future
personal and professional life. This report is providing information about the process
that can be used to become a good learner. Personal experience also will be explained
in report which was gained in the process of developing as learner. This also will be
explained in report that why it is important to become a good learner and how it can
help individual in personal and professional life. The most suitable approach will be
explained in report that should be used for future challenges and expectations related to
university course.
MAIN BODY
The process of becoming learner is a complex sequence of challenges that are
faced by an individual student in university. The evolution process developed the human
mind as continuous learner. But there are some efforts are required to become a good
learner in the academic context. I have considered various few things before this
module to develop as a good learner. There are some personal factors are essential to
become a good learner. I have experienced that to become a good learner it is
important to be enthusiastic in order to positively gain the knowledge that can be
learned in university modules. This enthusiasm can be considered as the positive and
energetic behaviour that make the person more curious about the daily tasks in
university. To learn something new this is important us to stay curious about the
academic routine (D’Oca and Hong, 2015). This can help individual to learn new things
that is important to improve the knowledge and skills. Asking questions to the tutors was
difficult for me. Because it seems bit uncomfortable in front of other students. But in
order to learn something new it is important for person to cross the boundaries of
comfort zone. I have learned that as we start asking questions it becomes familiar and
more easier to ask questions.
Apart from this was also important for me to avoid the other distractions that can
affect the learning and developing process. These distractions can slow down the

first step I have considered is setting goals about knowledge gaining (Jacoby and
Abramowitz, 2016). Goals should be clear and well planned to avoid further issues in
the development process. I think that in a process of developing as a learner better
planning is most important. Learning is a vast criterion it includes many that are not
essential for academic and professional context. In university context it is important for
us to set goals accordingly to meet the target to become an efficient learner. Role of
communication is crucial in the development process. It is required for the better and
effective transfer of information that is basic requirement of developing process in order
to become a learner. If the group is much larger than it will be effective for the
development process. This will help the individual to collect the information and
knowledge form the different sources.
In my opinion staying ready to learn new things is important to develop as a
learner. Apart from the university it is also important to gain the knowledge for the
external world. The capability to convert the conditions as learning opportunity can
make a person effective learner (Oliynyk and Mar, 2017). As per my experience for
personal life it Is important to act as smart learner and it is only possible with an
approach that do not rely on the education or accidents only. To become a complete
learner it is essential to consider every thing that can provide knowledge and develop
skills of person. This is how I have learned that how to become a good learner. This
how by using this vision I have become a good learner in this module to achieve
success in the future and effectively face further issues of life.

life. Success rate or conversion rate of an individual in personal and student life is
dependent on the approaches that are used to face the challenge or respective
expectation of the university courses (Heinrich, Roth and Zschech, 2019). This is
important to use particular effective approach to solve the academic and professional
issues more effectively. I have evaluated that there are different approaches are
