My Ideal Job
My ideal job is of working as Manager in Human Resource. I always wanted to
understand the people and how their efficiency and productivity can be improved. The job of HR
manager will help me in serving the people and also help company in getting the best employees.
Why I am interested in this Job
The job has become my preference over any other job. I love interacting with new people
and knowing them. I love knowing the things that are effecting and how they can be motivated
for improving their productivity. Providing the company with best talents. I have the ability of
analysing the talent of individuals. Job will provide me with efficient salary to carry out my
living with respect. The job role would be providing me with opportunity to live my dreams.
Where would you like to work
I want to see myself as the chief manager of the organisation. I always had dream of
becoming a manager and managing all the activities and operations of business adequately. I will
be adding the value to organisation by my constant effort which will be enhancing my
personality with the growth of organisation (Luo, 2019). The job is of interest area therefore I
will be putting my full efforts in the growth of organisation.
