INTRODUCTION
Preparation for a professional career is very essential for the success of any individual
and business as well (Bisel and et.al, 2019). By analysing the future growth and career business
can grow in the market. This report speaks about the challenges which the company faces in the
market. Such as- CSR, working conditions etc. and how these challenges affect the working if
the company. Besides this code of conduct has been mentioned in this report. Apart from this
how the code of conduct affects the professional body of organisation whether in positive
manner or in negative manner has been defined in this report. This report also contains CDP
plan as well.
Part 1
Challenges
The biggest issue in front of the companies is working condition. Working condition
states the working environment of the company, which includes training and development of the
employees and health and safety of the employees at workplace. It has been a challenge for
companies to provide clean and hygienic workplace to the employees specially the restrooms and
dine area, even in the time of pandemic besides this providing appropriate training to employees
so that they can adopt new technology in their work (Sevastyanov and et.al, 2020). So it has
become a challenge for the company to train and educate the employees about the use of tools,
techniques and sources of the company. Apart from this company has to look for the holidays of
the employees, in many companies employees work on holidays also so it is a challenge for the
company that their workers are working on holidays as well. Besides this in many manufacturing
companies, they hire child labour which is a crime, so is has been a challenge specially for
manufacturing companies. Companies must provide all the necessary safety wear to their
employees so that they don't get harm besides this company sometimes company faces conflicts
as well when the employees have to work in a team, this exploits the working environment of the
particular company.
Code of conduct
Code of conduct refers to the set of rules and regulation which the company or the
organisation has to follow (CODE OF CONDUCT, 2020). Government has set some lows and
policies whose aim is to protect the environment by the activities of the company. Besides this
for the working condition, government has set some rules such as companies can't hire child

safety wears to the employees if it is a manufacturing company, so that they don't get injured.
Besides this, company has to look after the training as well. They must get the training of
machinery or technology where they are working. So that they can do their work effectively.
Apart from this the working hour should not be more than the standard working hours, workers
and employees can't do their work more the set working hours. It is the responsibility of all the
companies to follow such code of conduct. To record the working time of the worker,
government has set some standard time of working which all the companies has to follow.
Professional body and regulator
To regulate the working conditions of the company, whether they are following the rule
or not, there is a regulation has been developed by the government called, United Kingdom
Labour Law, whose work is to regulate the working conditions of the company apart from this,
they regulate the relationship of worker and the company (Kagwi, 2018). So that no one
company can take undue advantage of their workers and can't bound them to work for long
specially more than working hours. The main objective of this law is to provide all the necessary
requirement of the employees while they are working.
They must get free time between the working hour so that they can have their meal or can
take some rest. By regulating the working condition, it will benefit the society as well, because
due to such rules the family member of employee will feel safe and employees also get surety
that their life is safe, at the place where they are working. The main objective of these lows is to
protect the employees from redundancy and harmful activities. Besides this the main work of this
regulatory body is to make sure that the employees and workers get proper wages as per the
standard rule and inflation of the particular country so that they can buy necessary goods and
products for the survival.
Positive and negative impact of code of conducts and professional bodies
The code of conduct and regulatory bodies have positive and negative impact on the
company (Antonini and et.al, 2020). The positive part of these laws and rules is that the workers

harmful for the reputation and goodwill of the company.
