The aim of this report is to analyse the challenge and issue which are faced by the firm
while operating their function in the global business environment. When a company operate their
functions at the global level, they may have to face the issues and the main reason behind is the
international business environment because this is very dynamic in nature (Killingberg,
Kubberød and Blenker, 2021). The key ethical issue which is being taken into consideration for
the completion of this report is the workplace conditions. This report is going to covers the
challenges and the code of conduct which is taken into account by the firm to effectively handle
and solve the issue of corporate social responsibility. Along with this this report also covers the
name of the professional or the government bodies which give advice to overcome form the issue
of CSR. In the end, this report covers a CPD plan to identify the appropriate actions and their
future impacts.

In the today's era, workplace conditions are the major issue which are faced by the
entities. Immense struggle is face by the each and every entity in order to develop an effective
and positive working condition within the workplace (Knights, 2019). There are different types

satisfaction and many more which may result in affecting the working conditions and
performance of the company.

has an issue regarding gruelling working condition. Within the company employees are forces by
the manager of the company in to work in constant manner without taking any break. Along with

employees feel burdened and stressed and also they have to work in the unsafe working
conditions.
