INTRODUCTION
Sustainability refers to ability of an organisation to meet needs of a company without making
any compromise to ability related to future generation to meet their own needs (Babajide, 2019).
In addition to natural resources, a person also needs to meet social as well as economic
resources. This project report includes analysation of different challenges occur related to
sustainability. It explains code of conduct to be adopted by company in order to resolve these
issues. It discusses and guide about different organisational bodies.
TASK
Introduction and define different issues and challenges
There are different issues occur in business related to sustainability which are important
for purpose government action, organisation policy, lack of professionalism, optimum utilisation
of resources which create impact over performance of company. It is essential for company to
focus on issues and needs of company (Craps, 2021). There are some high regulation of
government which create impact of government as sometimes companies are unable to follow
these regulations. There are some policy of company which does not allow them to be that
sustainable which is require for them as main focus of company is on generating more profit.
Companies are also facing challenges related to optimum utilisation of resources as it is
important for them to protect natural resources. Companies can overcome to these issues by
developing effective strategies in order to overcome of these issues. For instance, managers of
Unilever is using sustainability as their unique selling points and also needs to think for long
term in order to overcome of issues related to sustainability. It is also important for them to
communicate efficiently with different members of company which allow them to protect
resources from wastage. Sustainability issues can create various negative impact over
performance of company for instance, it create negative image of Unilever and also create
impact over their performance. It also results in increasing cost of company and does not allow
them to utilise different resources efficiently.

Code of conduct refers to common policy of an organisation in which a company outline
principle, moral as well as ethical expectation and standards of company in which employees and
