the position stronger at the organisation. This report is based on preparing for professional career
and in order to demonstrate different aspects of this report, Mace is an organisation that is taken
into consideration (Babajide, 2019). There will be an overview of the organisation in which it is
operating including the roles and responsibilities of stakeholders. Along with it, there will be
discussion on the moral as well as ethical responsibility of the organisation. Discuss the
importance of leadership and corporate governance within a company. Moreover, there will a
description on importance of professional bodies and codes of conduct. Furthermore, there will
be identification of relevant professional body that increases the professionalism within business
and its impact on organisation. Additionally, this report covers how code of conduct as well as
professional standards have been incorporated within organisation.

Overview of Organisation
Within this report, Mace is a UK-based organisation that is taken into consideration that
will demonstrate further aspects of the report. It is a multinational consultancy as well as
construction organisation that is headquartered in London, United Kingdom. The respective
company was founded in the year 1990 by a team of architectural and construction professionals
led by lan Macpherson. The organisation has its key five international hubs and these consist of
London, New York City, Nairobi, Johannesburg, Hong Kong, Dubai and currently it is operating
its business operations in more than 70 countries. There are over 5000 people engaged in the
