INTRODUCTION
Preparing for success is an interactive method to learn about different methods and ways
which helps a student for achieving high success in professional field. This contain different
learning resources which actively helps a student to identify about different aspects of academic
life for learning and adopting effective study methods. This report is written from perspective of
success and knowledge which aids students to learn all methods which are creative and attractive
and support students to learn in an unique manner. It aids students to demonstrate their learning,
skills and professional approach with more efficiency. Moreover, this report highlights on
reflection aspects that highlights new learning methods related with creativity and knowledge.
Along with this challenges related with future and expectation will also included in this report.

Development as a learner with different example
In the present scenario, there are various activities exists such as concept mapping, real-
time reaction, brain-writing etc. that relates with learner and it define about all those methods
that improve students efficiency for performing their work in an organised manner. Their are
various functions related with knowledge and creativity and it define about all approaches that
improves my learning through performing work in an active manner. With understand of
different approaches this is identified by me that I learn about all those resources that aids
towards implement of those methods which improve learning in an interactive manner. Example-
Think-pair-repair is an appropriate method that is used by me for preparing about my study
factors. This is because the method of think-pair-repair helps to discuss with different
professional person or individuals and helps to identify and select best answer. Pair learner up is
another method and this define about all those perspective that is used to perform work by
managing task with engage of various individuals to complete task in a virtual manner. On the
other side, brain-writing is another effective approach and this aids me to select method which
helps for identify of new idea instead of sharing them with others. Moreover, building in space
for individual reflects to generate new ideas and less group-think and this boost individual
confidence to perform there work with more efficiency. Concept mapping is identified as an
appropriate method for students that step away from individual perspective. I am also focused to
utilise concept mapping because it helps me for completion of work with decided task. It also

results projects are completed within an appropriate manner through managing all connection
according to decided ideas. This also define ideas and skills perform an important role and it aids
to complete all work by analyse of all learning methods that promotes and represent my work in
an unique manner. On the other side, students perform their work with understand of all those
actions that generate and formulate results which aids towards development of action through
which work is completed in a better manner. It determines I need to stimulate more efforts for
manage and complete all work by generate of appropriate results. Skills perform an important
role to manage work with understand of all perspective that relates with study factors. Like,
communication skill is required by students for interact with tutor and it's also me to clear my
concept through which study related factors are cleared by me in an organised manner. Example-
Idea line up is explain as an appropriate method and this is completed by me through interacting
with different individuals. So with adoption of appropriate communication skill this is easy for
me to manage work by sharing and transferring all information in an easy manner. On the other
side, creative thinking skills is explained as a method that involve lateral thinking methods for
performing all work in an organised manner. Moreover, with adoption of creative thinking I am
able for generate of different task, solve-problems and to overcome from challenges that aids me
to complete all work in a productive manner. Artistic creativity is more appropriate for me and it
define about those methods that shape path of an organisation to manage work with develop of
better strategy to complete work with develop of appropriate energy in order to learn about
current work methods and strategy that aids to perform work with more efficiency. With
understand of company work that all task are completed through analyse of current information.
This also define work is completed through generate of appropriate idea and solutions that
written about development of work with analyse of current information. It also results I develop
my skills to perform all task with decided approach in order to match my knowledge with
current market requirements. But on other side, this is also analysed that a lot of challenges are
faced by students in current market and this is because I face difficulties to identify specific
results which create problems to manage work and this results my knowledge and creative skills
is difficult to manage. Moreover, with analyse of creative opportunities this is understand
individual requirements match work towards generate of skills through which task are completed
in a creative manner. This also define about development of rules and regulations through which
work is completed by focusing on strategies that is related with company efficiency. This also

develop about unique methods through which work is managed in an innovative manner. I am
focused to adopt and learn about study factors through which work is completed by develop of
brainstorm ways. This also results that with understand of informative and technological manner
I am able to complete task in a creative manner with formulation of appropriate methodology to
complete task in an organised manner.
CONCLUSION
With analyse of above report, it is concluded that knowledge and creativity perform an
important role and it aids to examine about all abilities which aids a person to complete their task
with more efficiency. Skills and professional aspect perform an important role and this define
about all areas that aids to increase ability of improving knowledge and creativity by adopting
current methods for minimising the challenges related with employment.
