INTRODUCTION
Skills are talent or expertise required to perform the task or job. There are various skills
which can assist an individual to be succeed at all the aspect of life. The learning needs the
continuous focus from person (Allina, 2018). Experience as well as skills both help together to
explaining in clear manner about the needs through personal and professional development. The
reflection is all about developing as learner at the of module. The respective report include
information related to different skill and knowledge which is enhance by a person while
conducting the module. The whole reflection include information related to model i.e. based on
the Knowledge and Creativity.
MAIN BODY
Reflective report
Each person needs to be focus on individual objectives so that can enhance the skills on
continuous basis required to work in the future. As I am a learner and I have analysed that there
are various skills as well as abilities needs to be enhanced as it assist in doing the module and
moving in my professional life. The model which I am conducting is related to the Knowledges
as well as creativity in which I able to enhance my numbers of skills, abilities and knowledges
that help in developing a successful career. In order to understand my situation in best manner I
adopted a reflective model i.e. John Driscoll Model of reflection. The respective model is
developed by Terry Borton in year 1970 as well as it is based on the main three stem questions
i.e. What?, So What? and Now What? (Amabile and Pratt, 2016). These three questions are
developed in different years i.e. 1994, 2000 and 2007 respectively.
In this first stage is What? in which a person need to answer several questions such as
brief explanation of situation, what happened exactly, what exactly did a person done, is there is
any involvement of others, which experience is good and which is bad and many more (Hobbs,
Grigore and Molesworth, 2016). In respect of my situation I am conducting module related to
Knowledge and creativity. During this I understand different concepts as well as develop skills
that help me in developing a successful career. While this I at different weeks I learn several
aspects such as in first week I learn how to operate university site and other website on the
computer by using internet as well as I also understand guidelines related to accomplishing
model in proper manner. Then in next week I enhance my digital and technology skill and

reading skill as these skills help me in using digital applications in proper manner. Along with
this, I also enhance several other skills and capabilities such as academic writing skill,
referencing and citation skill, reflection skill, evaluating source skill, improving word skill,
listening skill, presentation skill and many more. In addition to this I also increase my knowledge
about several concepts such as reflection of easy, learning style, multiple intelligence, knowledge
of economy and so on. While this I determined that these all skills are essential for understanding
my module i.e. knowledges and creativity as well as it also helpful in developing successful
career.
The next stage is So What? In which a person need to answer questions like how they
feel in specific situation, how to react at that situation, what they reach this way, did a person
feel same about the specific situation then as they now and where that person experience conflict
(Davidson, 2017). Moreover, it also include information related to who else involve, how they
feel, how they react and why they react in specific manner and many more. In respect of my
situation I am conducting module of knowledges and creativity but while this I go through some
condition while leads conflict because in at some point of time my opinion not match with
others. But while I experienced that I have enhance several skills as well as knowledge that help
in developing a successful career such as I able to increase my creative thinking skill which help
me in understand situation properly and develop unique and effective strategy for attaining goal.
In addition to this, I also able to increase my numeracy skill which help me in conducting
calculation that help me in planning and other related practices.
Furthermore, the third and last stage of John Driscoll Model of reflection, in this an
individual need to answer questions like what a person learnt from reflecting on specific
situation, did that person prevented negative outcome. In addition to this it also include how that
person done that as well as it also include what differently a person will do when similar
situation take place in future (Hardy, Ness and Mecca, 2017). In respect of my situation which is
I am conducting module related to knowledge and creativity during which I able to learn
numbers of skills and knowledge that help me in developing a successful career. But during this I
determined that there are several skills which I need to enhance so that I can develop a successful
career. This will include skills like numeracy skill, creative thinking skill, forecasting skill,
presentation skill, listening skill, refection skill, academic skill and many more. By enhancing

CONCLUSION
It has been concluded from above mention information that learning process is effective
for the individuals and this helps in continuous improvement. This is important that people are
working on continuous basis on skills to develop them better. Analysing the weaknesses and
overcome from them is necessary for an individual. Moreover while completing a model a
person able to learn numbers of skills and knowledges such as digital and technology skill,
reading skill, research skill, reflection skill, listening skill, presentation skill and many more.
These skills mainly help an individual to accomplish their task in best manner so that they can
attain their desire career goal successfully. In order to conduct reflective analysis a person may
adopt different models such as John Driscoll Model of reflection.
