Essay on reflection
Reflection is way of reacting by an individual and team member towards changes
and learning which can help to increase the knowledge and skills. This showing the
interaction between two different media which can help to manage the task and be
complete it on time. While studying in universities and getting the knowledge from
module I analysed many changes in myself which helped me to groom and complete
the any projects on given time (de Jong, and et. al., 2019). This was an great
opportunity for me that to increase my knowledge and learning while doing the courses
of higher studies which supported me to share, analyse and make a conclusion which
made me able to face future difficulties and challenges. I was studying about PSKC
module which helped me to improve my skills and knowledge. This module is all about
reflection where I am going to share my experience in completing courses and particular
project. This will help to understand how I improved my knowledge and communication
skills.
During the studies and competing module many things which were by me and
bring the changes in my weakness that supported me to increase knowledge and skills.
As I noticed that for becoming a successor in life there is need to have good command
on task and knowledge which can help to analyse the how to solve the problems and
handle the challenges (Lee, 2020). The PSKC module have increased my experience
level and confidence that shows I am able to accept the future challenges effectively. In
this model, concrete experience is the first stage which used by me in studying abut
project which was assigned by my tutor. This activity have shown that I am good in
management where as I get project and managed it properly. This module have shown
reflective observation that have used to share the review and experience in attaining the
goals in certain time. This stage helped me a lot where I observed that my
communication skills are not so good due to which my team members were not
completing task in given time as they got confused in working. Other than this, I also
observed that my presentation skills and problem solving skills are good that helped me
to overcome the problem which were arise while completing module. For managing any
task and getting the work done from team members there is need to have good
behaviour which can help to manage the work by sharing with all team members. While

studying it also reviewed that all activities are going properly which helped me to
maintain the higher performance. My presentation skills shows that I am able to present
work in front of all and good to make understand the people which can help to make the
right business decision. As I faced the problems in studies I need to solve them, where I
used my problem solving skills by sharing the feedback and managing the all projects
that should be required to complete (Lehane, 2020) (Trinh, 2019).
In PSKC Module I studied about Abstract conceptualization that means to
analyse and get the conclusion of all task which have done. In this, I analysed my
workings and learning which I used to complete the study and manage the projects on
time. I have cleared my concept in relation to management which supported me to
complete the task and doing well. During the studies I realized that my catching power
and debate skills are also good where I get may things which taught by my tutor. I
applied such knowledge and skills in completing the project and debate competition
where I won the competition. This has improved my skills and knowledge to complete
the work on time and manage the all workings. This is important for all to use the
knowledge and talent in completing work and assignment which helps to maintain the
good performance. Active experimentation that means to make plans and try to
implement knowledge what we have learned. This have been studied by me for
improving personal and professional skills by formulating action plans and managing the
task effectively. It is absolutely true that without practical and experience it cannot be
say that I am perfect in such work. As practices make a man perfect this stage is good
to use where I improved my knowledge and talent to complete the module. During this, I
have also improved my frustration skills as before this I used to got early frustrated with
people who does not understand their roles, and things which are creating problems.
But I bring the changes in my personality by preparing personal development plan
which helped me to increase the insights and skill where I can get rid of frustration
which have created the problem in projects. But after this module I improved my all
skills in which I was lack and weak that increased confidence level that I will be manage
and organise all activities and project on specified time (Brown, Lambert and Harris,
2019).
Future approach

The above mentioned skills and learnings which I have improved will help me to
approach the future challenges and expectation in university course and completing
projects any time. This will help me to face the future challenges that can arise in any
projects. My communication, problem solving skills, and management skills have been
improved that have increased my knowledge to complete any task in given period.
These all will support me to accept the challenges and organise all workings properly by
delivering best services.
From the above report it can be concluded that refection activity is uses to share
the skills and experience of a person which states how to increase the learnings. If skills
are lack then it can be increase by attending the classes and completing courses which
can help to manage the time and activities in specified time. For reflection Kolb model is
uses by individual which helps to share the knowledge and experience that have gain in
learnings.
