INTRODUCTION
Preparation for success requires implementing proper planning, organizing and
management. Preparation is for success as critical as scheduling, maybe more so. Preparation is
getting you prepared to perform the job. It might conclude that preparing is the first phase, and
preparing is the flashback (Campeau and Hazari, 2018). The fact is based on schedule as much as
student likes, but if people don't practice; you're still not going to be heard. In this report consist
of experience during the module preparation and which skills improve during the course. Along
with mentioned all the future challenges and expectation face in university course.
MAIN BODY
Reflective essay
I am having experience in the area of leadership because at the time of working in the
shop face various problems in my career growth. Thus, I have decided to take admission in
university to improve my skills and prepare module of preparing for success. To improve my
skills and learning activities taking classes of preparation for success. At the university most of
the students come for future growth and achieve their life goals. At the class I am facing
problems of lesser skills that impact on my learning. Other students have good communication
skills compare of me so I have decided to improve my communication and presentation skills in
efficient manner. After many classes I feel improvement in my skills and freely talk with my
friends in class. My past experience in area of leadership is not good because due to lack of
communication skills my colleague laughing on me that impact me in negative manner and feel
down. At this situation many people face bad and try to improve their skills to get growth
positively. After the face of this situation I have decided to select the course of preparation of
success where I can improve my skills as well as abilities in positive way (Chen and et.al, 2019).
During the classes I feel that that situation become opportunity for me and I took good
decision to select this course and get chance to grab opportunity. As per my point of view other
people feel like me because in present time every people want success in their life so for this
requires maintaining continues learning. At the time this situation improve my skills positively
that impact on me in positive manner. Along with some activities like my short temper behavior

impact on me in negative manner. At the starting of this course my friends help me to understand
different topics effectively. But due to less confidence level take more time for improvement that
was not good for me. If I’m feeling same situation again that time I am taking decision early and
maintain my learning skills. Therefore, it is required to improve my communication skills,
communicate with different types of people and take suggestions from them to apply various
strategies in proper manner (Coty and Vauthier, 2018).
Besides that, I'm also working on the main skills that an individual seeking an
Preparation for success needs. There are major issue-solving, analytical thinking, teamwork,
leadership, etc. I give priority to all my tasks so that I can handle the analysis to a satisfying
conclusion. Distinction forms of useful tools, including physical and digital tools, are being used
by me to track the outcome of the Preparation for success course. The expected objectives of the
preparation for success are to show that persons with awareness of strategic management are able
to fix business challenges with available budgets; development of appropriate of manager is the
person responsible, etc. Besides this, one of the key outcomes of the course is the recognition of
market prospects in a globalized market. In needed to guarantee that all of them are achieved, I
immediately take part in group project of the classroom (Li, and et.al, 2019).
During the course reflect on my performance and analysis it at the starting I’m facing a
lot problems but with the help of my classmate helps to improve my learning skills in effective
manner. With the help of all other people I’m analyzing my behavior which is not good for
everyone but my friends realize me that my behavior is not good so I have decided to improve
my behavior for all people and keep all people same. The analysis of Training for Success may
be applicable to me in later life as I am determined to become a successful leader in future, and it
was my major reason to choose this course. Only with support of all the reports, I will be ready
to construct a concept for my group and take advantage of the opportunities available on the
market. Other than that, in the possibility, the studies may also be used by me to handle persons
and also the entire company when I run my personal enterprise (Williamson and et.al, 2020).
CONCLUSION
As per the above report it has been concluded that to get success in personal and
professional life requires learning different types of skills that helps to get growth in positive

manner. These skills are communication, presentation and many others. From the above analysis
it understands that in the life learning skills is more important. By paying enough attention to
their course, the explanations for their selection, past knowledge, etc., the various pieces would
be able to maximize the ability to achieve the entire intended outcome.
