Summary
This portfolio contains the article on the topic Machines can to half of all work
task by 2025 which states that the machines can be able to complete the half of the
work of human beings. Personal SWOT analysis will be done in order to know the
strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and the threats that are helpful in the future. It
is also helpful in examining and analysing the lacking skills. VARK questionnaire is
helpful in giving the best outcome or the result of the learning style in order to gain
the knowledge related to the learning process. A study plan is produced so that the
student can be able to scheduled the practice of the various skills such as
communication skills, presentation skills, academic skills, etc. This will motivates
them to do the learning in an organized and planned way. In this portfolio I will
develop and produce a questionnaire in order to conduct a survey by analysing the
current situation through the pie chart or the graph. This will helpful in enhancing the
presentation and the research skills. Explaining the note taking with evidence will
suggest the various ways and the relevant steps that should be considered while
taking the notes. This will also improves the style of the note taking and can be
understandable easily. There are various types of communication skills that can be
used in day to day life and also leads a student towards the effective communication.
Communication skills plays an important role in each and every field whether in a
college, home, employment, etc. These skills also improves the performance or the
efficiency. SMART is a type of model that can be used by a student in order to
achieve the desired goals and the objectives. This is helpful in explaining the steps
that facilitates the achievement as well as the success of fulfilling the aims. It is
required or needed to achieve the goals. Produce a personal development plan in
order to achieve or attain the future objectives. This is helpful for the growth and the
development of the career and also analysis the problems or the hurdles that have to
be overcome for the success in future. There are various types of motivation theories
that are helpful for the firm so the the managers can be able to motivates the
employees to improve the performance. Motivation theory is also helpful in
enhancing the productivity and the profitability of an organization. Conducting a new

In this article it is stated that the half of the work or the task is done by the
machines and even they can handle and control half of the work tasks by 2025. This
will likely create the problem of inequality, and demoralise workforce structure, based
on which specific efficacy has been found to be lost on.
In this context a World Economic Forum report within recent research has been
focused on the various issues related to the topic. According to this report a robot
revolution has created various job facilities for people, which also creates dangerous
risk for some communities within professional aspects. The biggest threat of
automation is mainly for manual jobs related to administration and data processing
procedures. The forum's research analyse approx. 300 biggest companies where
eight million people are employed and suffers a lot because of the introduction of the
new and advanced technologies. By 2025 Robots will replace the factory jobs of
twenty million people. According to the WEF report the pandemic situation sped up
the adoption of the new and advanced technologies in order to reduce the cost of the
organizations and to adopt new ways of working. This will result in half of the work
task handled by the machines.
