1. Introduction:
Main objective of this report is to better understand the importance of developing personal skills and responsibilities. These skills play an
essential role in development of an individual behavior and attitudes. Developing personal skills will motivate a person towards the achievement
of desire goal. Personal skills includes various skills such as communication skill which help in effectively communicate to other person. Other
than this it includes problem solving skills, time management skills, writing skills and so on. All these skills will assist in future growth and help
a person in enhancing it level of performance. Important objective behind study this report is to better understand how various personal skills
will develop the social & ethical awareness.
2. Answer to the question: Specify the mini project workshops that you attended and explain how and why they
contributed towards the development of your social and ethical awareness and responsibility. (500 words)
For developing my personal skills recently I joined a mini project workshops which also help me in developing the social & ethical awareness
and my responsibility towards it. At workshop I learned about developing personal SWOT analysis and I also apply this skill in my life which
help me in better analyzing my strength, weakness, opportunities and thrust. By developing this skill with the help of workshop I am able to take
more benefits of available opportunity and try to covert my weakness into threats. After this I attend the workshop which help me in
understanding the importance of time in my life and for my future job. By attending this workshop I am able to develop time management skill.
For effectively developing the time management skill I prepare my daily routine time table which reduce the wastage of time in my life and I am
able to use my time more efficiently. After this the next workshop that I attend will help me in developing my communication skills. I realize
that effective communication will play an essential role in our life. As communication skills will define the character and attitude of a person. I
realize that my communication skills is very poor and I feel hesitation while communicating with other person which is the biggest problem in

me. As I am not able to communicate my view to other. For developing this skill I joined the workshop which help me in developing my
communication skills. For better results I join online seminar and carefully listen the good speakers which help me in developing my
communication skill.
Other than this for better understand the social and ethical awareness & my responsibilities towards it I attend a workshop of attributes. In
which I better understand the good and bad attributes. With the help of this workshop I am able to clearly differentiate the good and bad
attributes and I realize that it’s my responsibility to adopt god attributes and always do ethical work. In the next mini project workshop I attend
the class of academic writing skills. Which help me in developing various academic writing skills such as creating a table of content,
summering, referencing, editing of text, data analysis and so on. Better understanding these skills help me in effectively developing my
academic writing skills. This skill will also help me in my future job. By developing this skill I am able to provide correct references, and
effectively edit the available text. This skill will help in making an effective table of content which provide all important information included in
a particular report. With the help of table of content its quite easy for the reader to find out what is included in the report and at what page
number it will find it. In last I attend a mini workshop which help me in developing employability skills. By attending this workshop I am able
to develop an effective resume and also able to present myself in front of employer. Through this workshop I am able to develop many
employability skills such as problem solving skill, team management skill and so on.

For developing my personal skills I attend various workshop which help me in developing time management skills, employability sills and so on. As
for me differentiating the effective and ineffective communication skill will help me in developing good communication skills. With the help of this I
am able to better understand the ineffective communication and I can remove it which help me in developing an effective communication. Another

important that I learned during workshop is about the good and bad attributes which help me in better understand the social and ethical responsibility.
4. Conclusion:
From above discussion on this report it is concluded that personal skills play an essential role in the life of an individual. As it will help in
developing the behavior and personality of a person & also enhance the level of performance of a person. This report include various personal
and employability skills such as communication skills, time management skill, employability skills and so on. All these skills play an essential
role in the future growth of an individual. this report will assist in better understand various effective & ineffective communication and also the
good & bad attributes which helps in understanding the social and ethical responsibilities.
