INTRODUCTION
Reflection is the direction and activity which uses to share the knowledge and
ideas by attending many seminars, lectures and learning that increases knowledge and
understanding. To develop an understanding about how to manage activities and
functions which can help to complete the task and give future employment opportunities
(Lee, Hallak and Sardeshmukh, 2019). As I was learning PSKC Module I learned many
things from this module which helped me to improve the know my knowledge and skills
while working and also increase the understanding that how to manage the activities.
This report is based on reflection and self evaluation which are important to have and
maintain all activities. This report is going to understand how I developed myself and
increased the knowledge by using PSKC module.
MAIN BODY
While learning the PSKC module I analysed my self that helped me to know that
in what skills I am weak and how theses can be improved. This is a kind of learning
which should be uses by people to know that what skills and knowledge are required to
manage a project and task so it can help to know that all work will be completed in
certain time or not. For any individual, is needed to have good knowledge and
experience in their work that can make them perfect and eligible to work hard. By using
the Kolb reflection cycle model I analysed my experience and formulated planning to
bring the changes and maintain the all activities effectively. Concrete experience is used
by to know about PSKC module that is special programming system which uses to set
the internet standards and other technical works. The first stage is used by me to know
the new experience about module which can help me in future to get good employment.
Reflective Observation is users to started learning and understanding the important of
module which can help to manage the work and develop the understanding how to
manage the activities. For all individual it is important to know what is running and how
the all activities can be properly maintained. This module helped to improve the
knowledge in the area of technology, marketing, HRM, motivation, better
communication and coordination which is most important to complete the task and
attain the higher productivity (Fu and et.al., 2019).

The abstract conceptualization stage is used by me to to give an understanding
to new ideas and modification of an existing abstract concept that can help to complete
the project on time and maintain the higher performance. The people who wants to
complete a project and task in give time is required to have time management and work
management skills that increases the insights that how to formulate planning and
manage the work accordingly. In this, I had an chance to learn new things by
developing and implementing plans which supported to manage the work and attain the
higher profitability (Kelley, 2020). In this stage I analysed that my communication skills
and technical skills which was not good that has created the problems for me how to
handle the project and complete the task in certain time. My team members helped me
to manage the and arrange the all working which is assigned by my senior where I
learnt how to resolve the problems. The team members who were involved in my project
having good skills and qualities who supports to complete the learning. I analysed that
due to lack of communication I was not able to solve the problem of my team which they
were facing during taking classes and handling the project. Technical skills is also
important which is not good that low the confidence level and reduce the work
efficiency. The ending stage is active experimentation which used by me to acquire the
new theoretical and practical knowledge in the are of learning by bringing improvement
(Hope and Bañales, 2019).
Learning is the important skills which helped me to improve skills and knowledge
in which I was weak. For improving my communication skills I started to attend
seminars, share information with team member, listening actively, and answering
properly which can help to influence the all people and supports to complete the
workings that can help to increase the employability skills. As a good employer and
management this skill can help to motivate the employees who are working at
workplace and solve the problems by listening actively and solving the problems. To
improve the technical skills I started to read books, complete the technical course and
continuous practising which helped to bring the improvements in skills and manage the
all functions (Ryder and Campbell, 2020).
Thus, I take the advantages of learning classes which I attended while reading in
university and completing the course. I also observed by seniors as how they behave
