INTRODUCTION
Success, knowledge and creativity essential part of both professional as well as
personal life to stop this report includes brief description about effective communication
skills applicable to academic and professional context and individual performance behaviour
as well as experience in education or employment. Without understanding the stated elements
it is not possible for an individual to achieve the mission as region within a period of time.
This present report includes a brief knowledge about the module as well as reason for
becoming a learner.

TASK 1
How and why you have developed as learner during this module
I am writing this essay to reflect my reflection since I came to Symbiosis School of Business,
India. This essay is about my own personal experience as a student and my judgement. Success and
knowledge are important of part of every one life. With focusing on these goals & objective
can be achieved in a proper manner. I become a learner during this module by analysing &
examining importance of professional as well as personal life. The main reason why I
become learner of this model is that with the help of this my critical thinking and general
knowledge will be increased which I will use in my professional life. Further, by focusing on
creativity it will help me to be a giving person among others and which will be taken as
competitive advantage. While going with this concept, my abilities and other skills were
increased as well as developed at large scale (Cropley, 2016).
It is not easy for an individual to be successful because it requires deep focus,
creativity, knowledge and determination. It is important to be motivated during the learning
process so that knowledge is used in most efficient way. This also shows that this model
gives deep learning way of how to become success and achieve the growth as well as the
overall development. Furthermore another reason for choosing this module is that this
provides me creativity as well as new ideas to explore opportunities wider level.
Another rational for becoming Learner was that give a brief knowledge about the
profession as well as personal development through which individual is able to think during
the process inappropriate way. Knowledge and creativity makes an individual unique from
others which also results in higher growth as well as deep understanding of practical as well
as theory contact (Alencar, Fleith and Pereir, 2017).
It is important to be active and aware about the specified module so that the process is
being carried out properly without facing any problems or issues. It is a time consuming
process but is most effectively adopted by the individuals as it help them to face critical
situations and how to handle them appropriately. This results in self-confidence motivation

and determination through which I am able to use the practices as well as other components
which lead to success. With the help of this module I have gained necessary information
regarding the professional as well as personal contexts from which I am able to make the
most appropriate decisions in my life.
How to approach future challenges and expectations of the university course
In my opinion, challenges and expectations are part of life. Reviewing my experience,
I realised that I have learned many new things during my education period mainly because of
facing the difficult challenges.It is important to determine the future challenges and
expectation by an individual for gaining the maximum advantage within the force which
individual is pursuing from recognise university. This will increase the skills and
competencies of the individual within the competitive world where it can improve its future
career as well as get a perfect job for fulfilling its basic requirement. I will also use a proper
plan where I can execute it for increasing my future challenges and expectation of university
course (Saavedra, Lavore and Flores-Ivich, 2016). For this I will improve my skills and
abilities related to different aspects for gaining the advantage within the university course as
well as become a brilliant student. A proper plan is described below:
Time management: Time management is important skill which has to be developed
by the individual for gaining advantage within the university course this is because there are
various fields in university course which have to be covered by the individual. While
focusing on time management it helps me in increasing my sincerity towards my work.
Through I also achieved appraisals from my teachers and superiors. Time management will
help the individual in gaining the advantage with in the university course as it can manage the
different subjects within the course and get the success in the course while managing the
time. For developing my time management skill I will use to spoke with different teachers
and experience person within the university which will help me in developing my time
management skill more according to the needs and requirement of the university course
which I'm going to do in my future (Fischer, Oget and Cavallucci, 2016)
Decision making ability: decision making ability is also important for the individual
to gain the advantages in the university course because student have to make various decision
within the university course related to performance of different activities as well as during the
advantage with the university course for understanding different aspects. The decision
making ability also help the individual in proving itself on different platforms in a university
course. For development of my decision making ability for improving the university course
level I will prefer to take different decisions as well as take different online classes which will
help me in this future challenge in my future university course.
Leadership skills: leadership skills are also important part of every individual life
which can be developed by an individual and act as challenge in the future while doing a
university course. This is because there are various aspects in university course which came
with the opportunity of leadership. Individual have to develop the quality of leadership within
it’s so it can use this opportunity within the university course to gain the next advantage and
learn from the university course in an appropriate manner. Attaining the advantage of

leadership skill I will use to participate in different teams as well as give up my best for
gaining the leadership skills and improving my ability to perform in different aspects of a
university course (Abdali and Al-Balushi, 2016).
It can be seen from the above that it is important to develop my own skills and
abilities for giving the maximum advantage of university course which I will pursue in my
future.
