1. Reflect on my performance in the group presentation and in the module
Today’s business environment is full of competition where it is required by an
individual to have efficient knowledge skills and abilities to perform jobs as well as get the
opportunity which are going in the market. This competitive environment provide number of
possibilities to an individual by which they can develop their skills as well as identify the
specific contents which is going within the market (Noe and Kodwani, 2018).it is also seen
that by identification of personal skills and knowledge with regular observations of people
and taking the personality development session will increase skills and abilities of the
individual. Training and development sessions are also important part of a student life where
it can develop number of skills. The given report is presented in a reflective statement where
are the time management as well as communication skills will be discussed on individual.
Along with this, there must be an action plan which will going to develop in this report. This
action plan is directly based on the learning of the mansion in a reflexive relation which will
assist both the personal and practical knowledge of a life to an individual (McDonald and
Wilson, 2016).
It is a great opportunity for me to be the part of this group representation where I can
increase my skills and knowledge as well as delivered my reflection about the topic what I
feel while providing the information in this group presentation. Identify that what I have
learnt from this project. The main thing I learnt from this product project is that's how to
ensure the success while going over all project and academic sessions (Braskamp, Trautvetter
and Ward, 2016). I came to know about my communication skills which are not so effective
for me and there is more scope for improvement in this type of skills. I also identified that
there are a lot of mistakes which I made while communicating to others. Directly impact on
performance in information which I want to supply to my other subordinate all team
members.11 number of points where I realise that there are so many things which attract and
influence by performance where I can give my best. I also realised that while performing this
type of projects I also been interpersonal skills where I can easily communicate with the
persons without any hesitation. I also learn that I am a powerful person who can attend the
best possible reasons for both at me where I can easily understand different type of people
and their behaviour because of my mental ability. Project also help me in development of my
personal skills where I can easily identify and notice the changes near my environment as

well as adopt them as fast as possible to attend the desired results which I want to achieve
from my performance.my time management skills because after about all this thing I think
that my time management skills are not perfect whom I can believe blindly. Identify skills in
a priority will help me in managing the time as well as task according to the preference
(Armstrong, Kotler, Harker and Brennan, 2018).
There are number of information which I get from this presentation like the
effectiveness of teamwork as well as identification of effective team which will directly help
me in gaining the desired result which I want from a particular project. This also help me in
identifying the needs of personal development in an project by which an individual can get
maximum benefits as well as develop the own personality to perform the task more
effectively where it can achieve the positive outcomes in the end of the task. I also identified
that development is nothing without the problem solving ability of an individual. While going
on this project identified that my problem solving skills are also week which can act me in
future as a negative point.so I have to develop and improve my problem solving skills where
I get to know that I need to display my abilities and analytical approaches to solve the
different problems which are arise in front of me this issue which are faced in my day to day
life where I am able to improve them but failed in the task (Nelson and Staggers, 2016).
In my knowledge decision making skills are important for an human life because they
have to make number of decisions in their day-to-day life for bringing effectiveness and
getting their goals which they prescribe in their life. Everybody needs to manage and it's
work accordingly where it have to make the decisions related to the work for fulfilling the
proper aspect. While going out the program I understand different things about the important
aspect of the life which will be e helpful for me in my future as well as my career growth. I
also realised the effectiveness of skills which are related to listening and humbleness in and
individual life which will help me in carefully and patiently exam meaning my decisions
which I have taken to different task (Lipson, 2019). Time is an important part of human life
and time is precious for every individual who is working in different projects of life. For
maintaining effectiveness within the life it is important for an individual to manage it and
prepare a checklist where it can identify the goals as well as achieve them in a specific time
limit. For this an individual must have flexibility within its scheduled time. I also learn this
flexibility while working on this project as it help me managing the different fast as well as
changing the schedule according to the changes occur because of uncertain conditions.

2. The academic and professional skills that I need to develop further
Communication skills: communication play important role in individual life as it will
help him and transfer of information as well as understanding the information which is
supplied by the other sender. It is a two way process which involves mainly a sender and the
receiver of information. It is important to have a proper communication skills and knowledge
of information which is supplied by the centre of the information. After performing this
project I clearly understand that my communication skills are not so effective which I have to
improve within a specific time limit. I get to know to this thing while I was performing the
project and I am unable to understand the information supplied by my teammates. Sometime
because of ineffective communication skill I also face the problem in supplying the
information to my main communication barrier between me and my teammates is that I am
not able to communicate the information properly to my colleagues because of my improper
language skills as well as my I poor listening or understanding skills (Johnson, 2018). These
both are the part of communication channel so I decided to improve this for my future where
I can reduce the chances of delay in the information. this will help me in solving the different
task as well as performing more better in the future where I can communicate the
information’s to my teammates effectively and will lead to effectiveness and productivity
within the task which will help in achieving the objectives of the task in a better way.
Time management: time management is also important skill which has to develop by
an individual as it will help in making correct decision regarding the project. Also include
setting the priorities as well as performance management for the task associated within the
project. Here I identify that my time management skills are also poor which I have to
improve for increasing my activeness while performing different task. I always got confused
between this small range and long range star square I spend more time on long range task this
will bring effectiveness in the stars but also reduce the time for small range stars which
decrease my effectiveness in small range task. I have to develop this time management skill
for my future where I can get easily access to small and medium task this will help me in
identification of different task as well as dividing them according to the time limit where I
can achieve the perfection. This will also help me in achieving the desired results which I
want to achieve while performing the task as well as increase my performance in a particular
task (Setó-Pamies and Papaoikonomou, 2016).

3. An action plan
Action plan can be defined as a activity which is done by an individual to improve its
performance as well as skills while setting some targets and using some means to improve
them. I also follow this action plan for increasing my communication as well as technological
skills where I can increase the efficiency of these skills for performing better and getting the
desired results (Kelley, Cruz and Fire, 2017). A detailed action plan which consists of current

its performance while performing in future jobs.20 all will directly help in increasing the
abilities and skills which are required by a professional for performing different task in life.so

negative aspects of life.
