Success at university preparation is highly correlated with knowledge and
creativity and strong employability skills which works as fundamental basis for high
success in professional as well as academic career on long term. This report
explains the various parameters for an ideal job which are based on persons
interests, qualifications and potentialities along with various prerequisites for gaining
the desired job. Report further discusses various resources through which jobs can
be analyzed by students in digital business world based on their functional abilities
(Abas and Imam,2016).

Ideal job
Ideal job can be understood as the suitable job which perfectly suits and
analyzes the various potentialities which are present under an individual to reach
breakthrough in professional career. Ideal job is recognised as the potential
enhancement synergy through which higher goals can be attained in an individual
professional life when a job opportunity seeking enhances the delivery of personal
objectives. My ideal job is working as executive in HR department where the role of
monitoring employee’s performance arenas and ideally training them for high
potential keen synergy of actions through which i will be able to use my leadership
skills too. HR executive job is highly suitable as my qualifications and ,my interests in
leadership and monitoring of various fundament al key horizons on which company
gaols are based. I prefer HR executive as my ideal job as the determinants on
which i will be seeking this position are possessed within me and the leadership
during my graduation assignments have gained me experience. I will look forward to
