individual is known to be the basic sense of understanding facility in order to conduct or do
something. In order to achieve the more growth as well as accomplishment in their capability

There are several skills of personal growth such as problem solving skills, communication skills,
time management skills, corporation abilities as well as networking capabilities which every of
these set of skills has the very essential role in the life span of an individual or the student. In
addition to this a person can adopt as well as develop its personal capabilities with the assistance
of several sessions, workshops or any different programs. Development is basically regarding
getting new capabilities and understanding as well as knowledge by the people. And it is also
understood as the development which is linked to circulating role in the business organization.
The following report will cover about personal as well as professional development which is
known to be the consistent practice for the development and growth period moreover to this
personal development is known to be the method of intensyfying a person through sorting of the

I am effectively following several sort of the session and as well as seminars that assisted
me in adapting as well as learning several different things from it which will provide support me
in my growth as well as adaptation of several different skills. Initially I have learnt from the
workshop is one of the strategy of emerging individual development (Jeffreys, 2022). It will
support me in understanding what capabilities I have now as well as from where I need to
develop these different set of skills which can be more efficient as well as effective for me. In

addition to this I will apply these skills in my personal as well as professional life and formulate
as well as create my expansion plan. It also assist to adapt more motivated as well as skillful
employees for the business which encourages more people in order to go through into the
activities of the business. Furthermore the professional development is known to be the method
of enhancing as well as improving the capabilities and set of skills as well as knowledge of the
people through approaching the training as well as education opportunities in the business
through effectiveness the way of productivity and performance with another commercial
business (Khojanazarova, 2022).
Apart from this I have also understand how to make SWOT analysis which I will execute
it in my personal and professional life that will support me in analysing regarding my
weaknesses, strength, threats as well as opportunities that I possess. This session or workshop
will majorly assist me in enhancing my skills of communication and the capabilities for it I have
to make the appropriate understanding of communication skills which will support me in
classifying the most appropriate capabilities and competencies (Staniec, and et.al., 2022). In
accordance to the guidance and assistance of this session I have understood and adapted
regarding the different characteristics which will support me in enhancing me character and
improving my behaviour towards other people and support me in analysing my practices and its
rules that word practice as I need to do and it is good and which practices is not appropriate and
why it is bad for the community or society. Moreover to this it basically happens as because I am
also be the part of the community and it is my liability and authority in order to confirm that my
functioning and operations will not damage or am any other people in the society.
Later than this I have analysed regarding my theoretical as well as reading skills and
debility as well as editing skills in which it involves summarising, evaluation of data creating
table of content and various other that enhance my skills of writing and also offer me away in
which how can I write appropriately that will support me in my own understanding (Lamsal,
2022). In addition to this through the assistance and growth of these different set of skills I can
be more capable to get suitable nature of the job and after doing this another activity which I will
do is I have to learn regarding the making of curriculum vitae and I have also evaluated several
different stages of making an effectual curriculum vitae as it will be very crucial for me in my
future as well as professional life and also my capabilities in front of manager of human resource

as it will support me in getting my desire job role.

help me in maintaining my skills and an effective man of on the standing my strength,
opportunity, weakness and as well as threat (Mahmudova, 2022). By valuating this try to decline
my problems and as well as issues that are where regarding to several sort of the opportunities in
my life that it effectively support me in my for the more term of advancement in as well as better
manner. On the other side I have learnt regarding the social and standardization of values that are
important to maintain my areas such as it is affordable in communication skills and other areas of

essential for me to develop teamwork abilities that allow getting
the support team to work (Subotnik, Olszewski-Kubilius, and
Worrell, 2022). For purpose of improve myself, I also need to
work with a skilled and capable person who has abilities to
understand different attitudes and aspects of person in order to
work with them. In order to work with proper efficiency, it is also
important for them to understand the emotions of the individual
which allow them to make effective decisions without conflicts.
