Introduction
The term preparing for success is defined as a term that is used to help the students in the
learning process and higher education (Simpson, 2018). The various growth campaigns and
programs related to career benefit the learners to develop them and learn to live professional life
efficiently. The term learning is considered to be a continuous process for the students which is
prepared by the university to train the students. The essay will outline my reflection about the
learning and knowledge and outline the ways to overcome the future challenges about my
abilities and weaknesses.
Main Body
How and why you have developed as a learner during this module?
As a learner, I learned so many things in this module such as various programs are being offered
by the university that supported me in understanding the various aspects and concepts of
management effectively to lead my professional life (Rolfe and Freshwater, 2020). I learned that
accessibility of learning materials by using technology can make the class enjoyable, meaningful,
and engaging for the learners and students. Also, I have learned a lot in this module I learned
how to communicate with different students and I was motivated to improve myself
professionally and in my personal life for myself. It was a very useful module as it comprises
various practical strategies which are useful and effective to use in my classroom. There were
some of the strategies I am already familiar with and I achieved some of the learning objectives
to deal in specific situations. I have reached and achieved my objectives in this module because I
reflected on my strengths and weakness to do well in life and class. Different sources helped me
and my classmates in having better clarity of the topics and module such as books, videos, and
programs. Along with it, our teachers and mentors also supported us to make use of various
sources and mainly by using various websites through which the understanding can be made
better (Ball and Ladson-Billings, 2020). Furthermore, various projects, reports, research papers,
and assignments facilitated me to understand the topic better in the classroom. One thing I lack is
good concentration while studying so, my tutors made me realize the importance of the
concentration required while listening. This is one of the essential things which I have learned
during this module. To enhance my level of concentration, my teachers suggested doing some
exercise and meditation I used both practices which assisted me a lot. Another thing I learned in

the module is to perform better in groups I used to make things clear to my friends and I was able
to grab more information from my friends. These are the things which enhance in gaining more
knowledge in the group studies. As my teacher are experienced individuals who help me in my
learning manner. They were very impressed by my hard work in learning and that's why they
were so satisfied to support me as they understand that I am willing to learn with my own choice.
Our university conducted various seminars which also helped me in finding my weakness and
the ways to reduce such weaknesses by enhancing my various skills. This tends to help me in
developing a different personality in front of my teachers and classmates (Walling, 2018).
Further reflections on how to approach future challenges and expectations of a university course
The main benefit for me as a learner is that I have got into the habit of being a regular in the class
and this module, we have developed various skills such as communication skills, presentation
skills, time management skills, decision-making skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving,
Under this module, I did my analysis that assisted me in setting my personal desired goals. Being
a learner, I needed a direction in attaining the personal objectives of the work and personal life.
Due to this analysis, I got some objectives that allow me to gather the efforts which will serve as
a guide to reach success in the future. Once the goals are decided, learners will be clear about the
tasks to achieve, and also the smallest tasks done on daily basis will add up to the big results.
With the help of this module, I was able to enhance my personalized learning because I got the
chance to interact with learners and teachers. Along with it, I did not find any trouble in the
learning module as our teachers and classmates have always been there for us. With the help of
experienced teachers, we understood the various issues and challenges in the learning process.
There are many ways to improve the communication skills that we learned in this module such as
by being an active listener by paying attention when someone shares their thoughts and ideas.
So far, I have also noticed and felt that providing feedback is one of my favorite ways of
the learning process because in this I got the chance and opportunity to recover my mistakes by
having written and verbal feedback from our teachers. Under this module, I got both positive and
constitutive feedback from our mentors that assisted me in keeping myself updated and
motivated. It was done in the form of group discussion and class surveys and we were also
provided the option to ask our queries anytime with our teachers. I was less positive and a little
bit confused about the learning journey because I was not confident but things moved so quickly
and the teachers directly me to adopt various ways to perform well in the future. This module

gave me a real-world experience and due to this, I was able to finish my projects on time. Due to
set personal goals and objectives, as a learner, I got the direction in attaining personal objectives
of my life. As goals and objectives give something to aim for by continuing making use of
efforts and these goals will serve as a guide to reach success in the future. Once the goals are
decided and mind will be clear about achieving such goals. Even the smallest tasks done on daily
basis will add up to the big results. I understood my learning goals and all the students took their
responsibility by helping each other in the group and all the learners got to learn from each other.
I also participated in all the workshops and activities and due to this I have learned and
understood the topics in an easier format. Therefore, I also communicated my ideas with the
group while keeping balance with giving importance to others. Due to the respective module, I
discovered myself because saw myself as a leader (Shan, 2021).
Conclusion
From the above information, it can be concluded that to be successful in their career and
life the learners are to follow the career path to achieve success. That is why having creativity
and knowledge is a significant part of life for learners and students. The module helped the
students to be better leaders with a proper understanding of management.
