INTRODUCTION
There are various skills as well as capabilities are improved by the learners at the
university in order to achieve the success. Various learning resources are provided by the
university which are mainly activity-based learning in order to assist the learners for building
creative and analytical thinking. Therefore, Creativity is referring to an ability, as an ability to
create something new or something innovative whereas knowledge is a process of an
accumulation of fact or an experience. These both are interlinked to each other as without any
knowledge an individual cannot create anything new. Therefore, knowledge and creativity play a
very essential role in success at university. This essay report is based on the module for
preparing for success at university while accessing some knowledge and creativity.
MAIN BODY
Reflection essay
The discussed essay report is basically depended on my reflection on learning during the
academic session at university. As during the academic course, I have learned many skills which
can play a very essential role in order to achieve success in future. The skills which I learned or
develop at university courses are writing skills, communication skills, reading skills along with
the learning skills.
In the early days, I learned to improved my writing skills for publishing research writing
as well as for making project report. I learned many things while improving my writing skills in
order to make project report to look elegant or appropriate. I learned to avoid the plagiarism
along with improving grammatical mistake while making research writing or project report from
the courses or module at university. I learned to avoid plagiarism while making project report by
doing paraphrasing. As paraphrasing technique can assist in rearranging the words as well as
helps in making effective research writing. Whereas, the word plagiarism is an unethical practice
for writing because that writing is the idea or word of another author. Therefore, these skills need
to be improved in order to avoid some serious offence. Sometimes plagiarism may cause some
negative consequences in university studies such as loss of credibility as well as paper retraction.
Therefore, I worked to improve my writing skills while research writing and try my best to avoid
plagiarism in research writing or any kind of writing.

From the study module or through courses at university, I also developed some learning
skills through academic learning. There are many different types of academic learning session
which include expressive, influential, critical as well as analytical learning. The academic
learning has their own particular purpose as well as their language features. As in case of project
writing or thesis writing in the university, it is essential to use critical thinking or analytical
writing skills while taking helps from the literature review. The critical or analytical writing
skills can be use while literature review to maintain the gap within the existing research article.
As critical thinking makes to focus on a topic to understand the topic deeply and build strong
thinking ability. I build strong critical thinking by breaking the words into small segment and try
to understand each part separately and analysing how each part make sense when join them
together. Along with that I try to compare one or more subjects in order to find some differences
or some similarities. As doing these things in universities to understands the subject or topics
deeply can boost my thinking ability as well as develop problem solving skills.
From the university module or from the courses, I also develop my communication skills.
A good communication is very important for career growth. There are two types of
communication such as verbal communication or non- verbal communication. A good verbal
communication is mandatory to develop in order to build the connection or to understand other
perspective. One thing I get to know about myself is that I am both a acceptor or a seeker, it is
depending on the topic of my presentation. Verbal communication is a type of communication
process in which various words can be used in order to share the information with other people.
The verbal communication includes both writing or spoken skills in order to communicate
clearly or easy. As having clear communication is important in order to understand the others as
what they are trying to say. It is quite easy for me to improve my verbal communication because
engaging in courses studies in universities help me out to strong my vocabulary skills which can
indirectly improve my verbal communication skills. Whereas a non- verbal communication is a
type of communication in which the body language is used for communication. The body
language includes eye contact, hand gesture, facial expression and many more sign. As proper
use of non- verbal communication is also an important communication for future growth.
Therefore, I also learned this communication and try to improve my body language by attending
some personality development classes at the university for future success.

CONCLUSION
From the above discussed essay, it is concluded that development of some skills is important
to improve at the university in order to get success in future. Therefore, essay report concluded
some skills such as writing skill, learning skills, communication skills as well as critical analysis
skills. As writing skills can be improved by reading various material by making project or doing
research writing at university. Along with that the essay report concluded that learning can
improve other skills as well, such as enhance expressive, influential, critical as well as analytical
learning skills. Apart from this the essay report concluded about the communication skills along
with there types such as verbal communication or non- verbal communication.
