INTRODUCTION
Knowledge is considered as an information by which many students go through in terms
of having effective experience. Moreover, information is the effective thing which is experienced
and discovered is knowledge. Besides this, creativity is essential and required in terms of putting
suitable information collectively to come up with new and desired outcomes (Davidson, 2017).
Creativity tends to put things in collective manner that are already available with effective
solutions. For this, the report is based on reflection for the self development and considering
various skills and also tends to identify prominent approaches to overcome from the future
challenges and expectations.
MAIN BODY
Explain how you have developed as a learner during this module
As a student it is important for me to have effective knowledge, abilities and skills which
are developed effectively. It is useful in terms of gaining prominent opportunities and helps in
securing future in an effective way. Along with this, it is also essential for me to self identify my
weaknesses and also develop prominent strategies to overcome them in responsible way
(Sternberg, 2016). Additionally, it is identified that within the present time market is quite
competitive and to survive in market, it is important to put emphasis on the weaknesses and
enhance it in suitable manner. For this, several skills are required in terms of becoming an
effective learner which are mentioned as: Communication skill: It is undertaken as one of the essential aspect which should be
present among the learners and students. For this, effective communication and
interaction allow learner in terms of developing effective relations with others and also
depict prominent ideas in an effective way (Hobbs, Grigore and Molesworth, 2016). As a
learner, I need to give various presentations within the university and for this, I need to
possess good communication skills which permit delivering suitable information in
understandable manner. It is identified that I am quite good in communication and also
tends to get effective opportunity for the future purpose as a learner which helps in
gaining growth and success.
Time management skill: It is the another essential skill which is required in terms of
being an effective student which is to manage time according to various activities

considering the objectives which are attained on the stipulated period of time. Moreover,
it is also helpful to execute activities without any sort of delay which is helpful for
learners as well (Beghetto, 2016). Within the university, learners are delegated with
various projects, group presentations and case studies which are required in terms of
delivering things on time that leads to achieve prominent result as well.
Explain how you will approach the future challenges and expectations of a university course
In terms of dealing with the upcoming challenges at the time of university course, there
are several approaches which I can use in an effective way. For this, the effective approach is
active listening and also helps in gaining effective understanding regarding the issue that tends to
increase and useful in resolving prominent issues in an effective way (Hardy III, Ness and
Mecca, 2017). In regard of this, I prominently identify the effective root cause for the arrival of
issue and then find solutions to solve the issue. Besides this, with the help of new and advanced
technology which is helpful in dealing with the suitable challenges to meet the desired
expectations. Along with this, considering the any sort of challenge occur in front of me, then I
need to consult with my mentors and supervisors in terms of working according to the guidelines
which is useful in solving complex issues and also tends to assist for developing prominent
image within the mind of teachers. Besides this, learning regarding the study skills undertaking
communication, time management, note making, problem solving and many more is helpful for
me in dealing various challenges and leads to fulfil the expectations of teachers and mentors at
the time of university course (Cherkesova and et. al., 2016).
Besides this, it is also essential for me to become an effective learner by focusing on the
suitable skills where I am not able to perform. It can be enhanced by attending prominent
seminars, taking various sessions, active listening and many more (Stacey, 2016). Besides this, I
also need to improve various technical knowledge and skills in an essential manner in terms of
gaining understanding and executing suitable task in suitable way. Moreover, effective
development and enhancement for the discussed skills not only useful for me in terms of being
effective but also helpful in terms of grabbing effective opportunities and making my future in
suitable way (Cropley, 2016).
It is identified that there are high competition prevail within the environment which is
essential for the job to overcome from suitable issues. It is also analysed that if learners have
prominent skills, knowledge and competencies then it is useful in gaining effective admission

within the reputed university that put major impact on the future career (Sarikhani, Salari and
Mansouri, 2016). For this, self development is helpful in gaining suitable vision in terms of
developing strengths and overcoming weaknesses. It is identified that effective learner is the one
who have prominent communication and time management skills because it is important to
prepare for their success within the competitive and dynamic market by considering the
development of skills (Instefjord and Munthe, 2016).
CONCLUSION
By considering the above discussion, it is identified that self development is essential in
terms of gaining prominent success and growth. In regard of this, preparing for success is useful
in terms of gaining effective vision considering various factors which are developed to achieving
the success and growth. Moreover, it is identified that there are several skills that are required as
a learner at the time of pursuing effective courses. Away with this, effective development of
suitable skills are essential to achieving best opportunities for the future basis and achieving both
personal and professional development.
