INTRODUCTION
For become success in the life the most important thing is knowledge and creativity,
because both are depend on the learning of the people at the university. Knowledge is consist of
two component experience and education which is developed in our mind from birth to the job
(Basov, 2020).Creativity is the mental process which help in discover of new solutions or ideas
for any problems. It leads to success in the life by providing the path for identify the courage to
be better on regular day. This report is based on the preparation of success. All the skills which is
generate through this model. There are future challenges in life and how it is overcome in by the
knowledge and creativity. All this are useful for developing of my leaning skills , through this
help I am able to develop my academic skills. Technical skills and personal skills. There are
various challenges are occur at the completion of the university course and steps to overcome
this.
MAIN BODY
Learning skills develop during this module
Success means achievement of all activity in the life which give full happiness, joy and
smile on my face. Being successful means accomplishment of the desired vision and planned
goals. In simple terms, everyone has different meaning for the success for me is having lot of
money, being healthy and wealthy and earned degree. There are various skills are develop
through the preparation of the success.
Positive mental attitude- By preparation for the success, I develop positive mental
attitude for the achievement of my objective. Because for the successful of the activities
there is the need of positivity and confident in our knowledge. If I have positive attitude
than I do all activities in a positive manner (Bridgstock, 2016).
Communication skills- In the preparation of the success, I develop my communication
skills for making the strong connection with others at the university. I develop various
skills through this are listening skills, non verbal skills, emotional management and
awareness skills.
Effective time management skills- By prepare for the success, I learned time
management skills for doing the work in a deadline . Through this I know management of

my whole day because I know which work I have to do at time and which work I have to
do at other time.
Reading and writing skills- In the preparation of the success, I learned that they are best
solution for the improvement of the interpersonal skills because in every exam there is
the written test is taken and interview also, I develop this sPreparing for Success At
University: Knowledge and Creativitykills in advance for some tests and quizzes and read
lot of documents on the computer screen.
Good study environment- For the preparation of the success, I learned that there is the
need of the good environment for the study to get some peace for study. I try to avoid
games and use of the mobile phone when I am study or learning something from others
experience person (Castillo-Montoya, 2016).
Motivation and independence- Through prepare for the success, I become motivated
and independence person at the university. Because through success I developed my
internal motivation and become responsible for all the work which is assigned to me.
Through this if I fail sometime then I am not depressed, further I develop my personal
satisfaction for the future goals.
Challenges occur at the university and approaches for this to overcome that problems
In the university there are various course are running according to the interest of all
students and according to that they charge the fees for that. There are many challenges occur
when in I am my university.
Difficulty in making strategy- I find difficult at the time making strategy for any
problem or any issues that is arise during the courses. I overcome this by making the
approach for this by develop successful strategy depend on the situations.
Effective teaching skills – At the university courses, there is the need of the effective
teaching skills in the teacher, so they can teach effective skills to the students depend on
their knowledge. They have to focus on all strong and weakness quality of the students.
Class size and classroom facilities- there is the ned of the classroom facilities at the time
of the courses in the university because if the classroom is not big than it is very harmful
for the students if they come in large size (Deng and Gopinathan, 2016).

Course scheduling issues- There is the proper scheduled of the courses according to the
demand of the students so there is no conflict occur regarding the time and space in the
classroom in the university.
Students taught important content- there is the main challenge is that teachers only
teach book information they have to share their experience also for become popular in the
future, the study regard general knowledge, what is going in the country.
All the challenges are overcome by different approach depend on the situations that is arise at the
university. I use effective time management skills, communication skills for the solution of the
given problems (Fortwengel, Schüßler and Sydow, 2017).
CONCLUSION
From the above report it has been concluded that for the preparation of the success there
is the main component that is require for that are Knowledge and Creativity. Knowledge is the
learning that is used by all all persons. Creativity means something new in the existing goods and
services. In this report there is the description of the challenges occur in the university and
solution to overcome that challenges.
