INTRODUCTION
The success in the university is not the easy activity for any student in university which is
important for them to achieve their success in the market. There are different types of learning
they have developed in their personality which helps them to achieve the growth. This report
provides brief description related to twelve pieces of learning which helps to develop effective
learning. All the pieces of learning mentioned in this report provides valid justification which
helps to provide effective approach of learning.
PART-1
Evidence-1 Reflection
At the time when I started this project, there are only two persons are present which is me and
my friend. At the beginning of this project, many challenges and problems hits the problems
which makes us ineffective in many situations(Alshare and Sewailem, 2018). As the time goes,
many students combined with us due to the attraction of the project. The combination of different
types of people helps to increase the level of innovation in the project which are favourable for
the completion of project in effective manner. It helps to occur different types of new and
innovative ideas.

Evidence-2 Democratic society
Democracy refers to those concept under which each person of the society are can enjoy their
right and benefits. The molestation and exploitation are not present in this society as the people
of the society are having right to choose their own leader with the helps of their votes (Anderson,
2020). All the people of the society are treated equally due to the existence of proper knowledge
and education. The above evidence reflects effective lines by Thomas Jefferson which put light
towards the importance of informed and educated citizens for the establishment of democratic
society.

Evidence-3 Effective communication
The above evidence of learning is based on the importance of effective communication in the
organisation. Communication is a process of interacting from one person to another and transfer
useful data and information (Ferreira, Coelho and Moutinho, 2020). Effective communication
helps the organisation to share their important information and makes their employees more
competitive in the market. Effective communication helps to improve the productivity of the
organisation as they improve the aspect of employee interaction in the organisation. One of the
most important and valuable benefit of effective communication is that it helps the organisation
to improve the employee relations. It improves the number of benefits happened in the
organisation.

Evidence-4 Reflection
Reflection refers to those practise of the learning which provides effective framework to the
learner to reflect the personal experience which they feel and experience at the time of
conducting the particular report or project (Ferreira, Sousa and Gonçalves, 2018). Reflective
skills is one of the important and valuable skill of the individual which helps them to improve
their knowledge and skills. There are different types of practise have to conduct by the person to
become better reflective practitioner. The communication skills of the practitioner are developed
in such a way to understand the language and perception easily. The research skill of the
individual should be effective so that it becomes positive to find valid justification for their
learnings.

Evidence-5 Reading techniques
Reading is one of the important and valuable skill of the individual which enables them to
understand and learns different types of learning. If the reading skills of the individual are not up
to the mark then it is not possible for them to grab the knowledge from books and other learning
materials (Gaybullaevna and Jonpulatovna, 2021). There are different types of reading
techniques are present and skimming is one of them. Skimming refers to looking only for the
general or main ideas, and works best with non-fiction (or factual) material. With skimming,
your overall understanding is reduced because you don't read everything. You read only what is
important to your purpose.

Evidence-6 additional exercise
It is one of the attractive and valuable activity which is given by the tutor to us. This activity
were given to the group of five students which helps to effective control. It is require to divide
the pizza into eight pieces and put the name as per the desire (Gaybullaevna and Jonpulatovna,
2021). The main objective behind the development of this activity is that it helps to established
team spirit and mutual trust between different team members. It is very important for us to
develop the feeling of belonging ness and mutual trust because it helps us to manage the working
in future in effective manner.

Evidence-7 Porter five forces model
It is one of the most important and valuable framework of the marketing which is used by the
company to achieve competitive advantage from the market. As there is a cut throat competition
are present so the company uses this model of marketing to achieve benefits over their
competitors in the market (Gaybullaevna and Jonpulatovna, 2021). There are five forces are
analyse from this model which impacts the working of the organisation and helps to develop
effective strategies.

Evidence-8 7C'S of communication checklist
Communication is one of the critical and important part for the success of the organisation in the
market because all the important information and data are transfer from one place to another with
the help of communication (Kholmurzaev and Tokhirov, 2021). There are different types of
models and theories are present in the market which helps to improve the communication and
7Cs of communication are also one of them. It reflects seven factors of checklist which should be
present in the communication more powerful and effective such as concise, clear, concrete,
courteous, correct, coherent and complete. These requirement fulfils in communication then it is
regarded as effective communication.

Evidence-9 Kob's reflective model
Kob's learning cycle is a framework which is used by the individual to express the
reflection towards any project or the experience. It is one of those framework of the learning
which provide effective platforms to the learners to improve their learning skills (Leadbeater,
2020). There are many learners are present which are having effective skills of reflection but due
to the lack of knowledge about proper success, they does not able to achieve what they deserve.
The Kob's reflective cycle helps these type of learning by four different key areas to reflect their
experience such as concrete learning, reflective observation, abstract conceptualization and
active experimentation.

Evidence-10 extensive reading
Extensive reading refers to those types of reading under which the reader reads large
number of learning materials without focus on the core idea and the meaning. The main focus of
the reader are placed on fun or the relaxation activity instead of focusing of learning of new
things (Shavkatovna, 2021). It is not possible for the reader to increase the level of knowledge
from these learning because this types of reading are only done for the purpose of time pass and
general fun activity.
