INTRODUCTION
There are certain skills and applicable professionalism which is required in an
individual so that there is going to be higher performance which is going to be
developed. The report consists of the skills and challenges which can individual faces
while doing a work so that there is going to be higher performance and engagement
they can have. There has to be self satisfaction as well which is required in a working
environment so that there is going to be higher outcomes which is going to be present.
MAIN BODY
Development as a learner
As a learner there is a lot of development which I have gathered from the
modules. There is a better understanding of myself and knowing the strengths and
weaknesses which I have and need to be improved for the future. The following report is
going to discuss the development which I have gained with examples (Noel and Liub,
2017).
 Communication
It is very important to have a good communication because there is a lot of learning
which one can gather from this factor. There are a lot of things which we are not aware
of an when there is good communication there is going to be clarity on a lot of factors
which were unaware and would make me gain confidence on those particular topics.
Communication gets in a good relationship, easy promotions and lesser conflicts which
are going to be very beneficial for a long term goal which I have for myself ( Azid and
Md-Ali, 2020). There are a lot of assignments which are given and without having a
good communication there is not a good outcome of the assignments is what I have
developed.
 Creativity

From the models I have also gathered a lot of ideas which would generate in
creativity in my work. It is very important to have creativity in everything which an
individual does because that is going to get a Unique Identity to them. From the module
as I have gathered that creativity is one of my strengths and it is very important to that I
will be able to implement them in my life effectively. Creativity is not just going to help
me connect with the community but also have a lot of ideas for problem solving and
there are going to be more ideas for money saving matters which is going to be very
beneficial for me.
 Problem solving
Problem solving is another development and learning which I have gathered is
because there are a lot of challenges and issues which are going to rise in the future
and to have a self satisfaction that need to be solved from time to time. Small problems
when ignored can become a big issue later and that is not good for the development
and as an employee there is already a lot of pressure which needs to be maintained
and solved therefore this skill is very important (ah Kim, yun Ryoo and joo Ahn, 2017).
There are conflicts and issues which a team has and they need to be solved so that the
bigger picture of target of the team can be achieved.
Approach the future challenges and expectations
There are a lot of challenges and Expectations which I have from the university
course. It is very important to analyse them and make the right decisions at the right
time so that there is going to be an improvement in the overall development of myself.
The weather report is going to discuss the challenges and expectations which I would
be facing in the future.
 Lack of engagement
There is going to be a lack of engagement which I would be facing for the course
since I will not be able to given my best in all the activities which are present by the
University. For a University student there is schedule which is very hectic and as an

employee then has to be good engagement which needs to be present
(KACZMARCZYK, 2020). It is important to be able to get engaged in all the activities
which are present in the organization so that there would be higher performance which
is going to be expected out of me.
 Scheduling
There are a lot of activities which are taking place in a University for which I would
have to do scheduling effectively otherwise there are a lot of challenges with me would
be facing for learning and course I opt for (Nisula and Olander, 2020). There is a certain
kind of expectation which the university will have out of me as well and I would have to
you given my best by having a time management skill in me so that I would be able to
paste all my challenges and solve them on time. Time management is important for
achieving the goals and targets and without this factor I will not be able to reach my
goals.
 Learning habits
Learning habit in me is a very good skill which I have developed over years. Doing
this is also be a big challenge for me since I will not be able to concentrate on any other
activity for any other developing programs which are going to be provided by the
University to me. Interest in all the subjects is very important and having learning for
one subject is not good for the overall development of the organization which is going to
be present for a long goal (Hana and Hacène, 2017). There has to be good knowledge
which needs to be present in all the individuals and if I will be able to develop myself
then I would be able to guide the others in my team as well which is important for the
achievement.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it can be concluded that there is a need of having effective
communication and applicable skills in achieving success in the market so that there is
going to be higher satisfaction. There is a lot of development which all the individuals

can have for themselves which is going to be very beneficial for a long run and they will
be able to have a successful functioning for them.
