Skills and knowledge helps the individual in better growth and success, various abilities of
the students assist in the better growth and development of personal and professional career.
Effective skills development helps person in better growth and learn in most effective manner.
Development of skills and talent enhance the learning process in order to gain better outcomes in
the future and growth of the student at university level. Discipline and effective level of
confidence assist in the gain of competitive edges at the university. This report explain various
skills and capabilities that helps individual in better growth at the university and development of

during the academic year. Various skills and capabilities help me to gain effective knowledge

to get effective information and knowledge so that can learn in most effective manner. My ability
to learn quickly helps me to learn in effective manner and develop better growth at the
university. Also an effective communication skill helps me to ask about questions during the
lecture, and it helps me to grow individual at the class room lecture. Communication skills help
me to communicate with other students so that I can understand about the lecture in most
effective manner. Also effective teamwork and management skills increase my abilities to work
on the projects and topic with other so that can increase knowledge and information about the
various topics. In order to develop as a learner in most effective manner I increase the level of
self-study so that I learn in more effective manner. Also effective decision making skills help to
take right decision at right time and increase the level of effectiveness in the student career path.
I have effective management and time management skills that helps to through the various
aspect of the learning process and also it provide me better understanding about the growth and
career development in the university. Time management skills provide me growth during the
various lectures and increase my ability to perform the entire task given by the teachers at the
