INTRODUCTION
The present atmosphere signifies full of computation that is needed by business
organisation to obey rules as well as regulation that help in success of operation of business
organisation. In context of present time, it is necessary to provide discussion regarding my
personal experience for preparing in order to success in my career progression and
development. In addition to this, it involves communication skill that is applied to academic
contexts and it is used in improving the future challenges and anticipation at course of
university (Richardson and Mishra, 2018).
MAIN BODY
Knowledge as well as creativity plays a significant role in order to perform different
work in their personal and professional life. It is depend upon individual person to provide
response to the present atmosphere of organisations that help in achieving competitive edge.
In context of present method that is depend upon preparing themselves for success at
University which is useful in enhancing experience, knowledge as well as a skill. The primal
use of adopting this model is to enhance its skills and also capability to execute my career in
future period of time. It also helped in managed by these kinds of situations in an appropriate
manner that helps in enhancing professional skill. During studying and learning within
session, I was identifying that there are various kind of activity and function that are needed
by an individual person for enhancing knowledge, skill and also creativity. These are linked
with taking class and handling function or activity in an appropriate manner. In current or
present session, there are various kinds of activities that are connected to development in
future period of time. In this module I was focusing on participating as a leader through
which I was increasing my knowledge in different or various division that help in handling
behaviour in reference of business organisation (Kaufman, 2016).
What
This module is also useful in improving knowledge as well as a skill in different
aspect that help in achieving favourable outcome in future period of time. In context of
finishing session, there are various kind of resources is used such as money, experience, time
as well as many more. These all resources aid assistance to me in increasing my skills as well
as knowledge by executing this module in context of improving my capability which is useful

in future period of time. And I was focusing on adopting this module in an appropriate
manner for achieving favourable outcome in future time period. This is appropriate in
handling the function and improving organisation behaviour in proper manner. This improves
vision that is used to handle function and also accomplish goal and objective related to this
module during particular phase of time period. For which, there are various kind of individual
person who focuses on taking session which is useful in executing this module in an
appropriate manner. When I was completed my graduation than it has been analysed by me
that it assists in improving my various kind of skill that is connected to academic as well as
employability. At that time I was focusing on gaining or increasing knowledge regarding
different respect that is connected to profession that help in improving career opportunity and
assess different kinds of career that is useful in future period of time. This module is used in
improving my academic skills that help me in increasing my Management skill during
particular phase of time period. Therefore, through this skill I was interacting with various
individual people in an appropriate manner and also handle their roles at university as per
need of task allotted to team. And, also the main focus is to improving leadership skill that
help me in handling various student and bringing discipline at university which will be
helpful for me in my career. This assists me in providing guidance to individual person in
order to accomplishing objective that is implemented by team member in order to achieve it
in future timer period.
There are various skills which is necessary for me in order to complete different task
in an appropriate manner that is given below:
Time management skill It has been analysed that it is necessary to have a good time
management skills in order to complete different project in timely manner. Therefore, my
main focus is to have a time management skills in order to perform different task in an
appropriate manner.
So what
There are some weaknesses that assist by me while executing different activities
along with member of team. My relationship administration skill is determined as a week and
I was focusing on improving these kinds of skill in order to achieve objective in my career
time. Herein, I was focusing on communicating with various individual people in order to
maintain appropriate relation with them and solve different kind of queries during particular
phase of time period. This session is determined as a significant for me that assist me in

enhancing confidence while performing work and increased ability to understand various
things in an appropriate way (Sternberg, 2016).
Therefore, it is necessary to increase presentation skill that is given below:
Presentation skill in addition to this, I have a good presentation skill that is helpful in
conducting my work in an appropriate manner that help in enhancing or operating different
projects in an appropriate manner.
Now what
As per this module, it is useful in improving knowledge and creativity skill in order to
perform different work related to future aspects. There are various expectations from course
of university that assist by me. It wills assists me in future and increasing my career and also
enhance knowledge related to various types of capabilities. There are various challenges
which is faced by student during particular phase of time period and I was focusing on
overcoming from these weaknesses in order to achieve or accomplishing objective in a timely
manner. My main focus at that time is to overcome from these kinds of weakness and
increase performance level for achieving favourable outcome in future period of time
(Torrance, 2018).
Therefore, in present time, it is necessary to increase my skill that is given below:
Digital skill: In order to deal with current situation it is necessary for me to increase
digital skill that help in increasing my knowledge in particular phase of time period. It helped
me in increasing my experience level that is helpful in career progression.
CONCLUSION
On the basis of above given report, it is analysed that for accomplishing goal and
objective connected to course of university is significant for student to increase their
knowledge towards learning in an appropriate manner and adopt these tools for
accomplishing objectives. In context of present time, it is necessary to provide discussion
