PART C – Review the presentation – Summary
Based on the preparation and planning document from PART A and the delivering of your presentation in PART B you
now need to conduct a feedback and evaluation process.
For this you need to inform your audience that you will be asking a few questions verbally to find out their reactions
to and opinions of the presentation. You could use a co-presenter or other assistant to record the feedback.
Use the list of questions that you had prepared in PART A to elicit feedback from your audience, making note of their
responses.
Use the feedback form or evaluation questionnaire that you developed in PART A and hand this out to all the
participants in your audience including your assessor.
Allow your audience(s) 5 mins to complete the feedback form(s).
Collect all the feedback forms from your audience and analyse and evaluate these.
Write a short summary on your analysis outlining the following aspects:
1. Why did you conduct this feedback/evaluation? How will it benefit you to improve your presentation?
This feedback was conducted to better understand the disparities existing across the disabled and abled citizens
of a nation.
It will benefit them by providing them an idea of the various problems that the people with disabilities face and
how they can overcome these.
2. How did you develop your feedback/evaluation form or questionnaire? (type of feedback)
Why did you design it the way you did?
The evaluation form or feedback was developed on the basis of the issues that helps to assess the
communication, attitudinal and programmatic barriers.
It is designed by looking at the types of disabilities and the various barriers that engages the differently – abled
people to carry on their day – to – day activities.
3. Do you think this evaluation/feedback form or questionnaire is the most appropriate technique (way) to review
the effectiveness of your presentation?
This evaluation is the best way to study the social paradigms of services, resources and difficulties faced by these
people. Questionnaires are best ways to study and analyse the appropriate techniques for presentations as they
restore privacy and anonymity of the individual to the other interviewees. It provides various options to the
individual to study a fixed set of independent variables and their effects on a dependent variable that is the
barriers to disability.

audience?
Yes, this method has allowed me in collecting feedbacks that was necessary from the audience to conduct the

changes available. It helps to understand the reaction of the society to the disabled people and understand the
environmental perspective of the barriers.
5. Explain what the best features of your presentation were.
The idea of ICF and the various kinds of disabilities that exist in the nature is an essential aspect of this
presentation. The various ways that one can use to overcome these barriers is also crucial as it brings out the
necessity of the mental preparation and acceptance besides the social support that one needs to sustain with
disabilities.
