Hello everyone today I am here to speak about business proposal presentation firstly I
will discuss how the business proposal presentation looks like. The presentation involves both
slide as well as the proposal document. In this not more of the points are included and all key
points should be covered (Soltes & Danko, 2017). The content and proposal is according to the
requirements of the clients. Now the business proposal presentation has some characteristics
which make it effective such as involve more audience. It makes clear description about the
mission and goals of the organization. It leads in manage better internal environment and
maintain more coordination (Naito, 2019). It also provide better outcome that is increase
productivity. Business proposal presentation persuades the client to take interest in the proposal.
It leads in solving the problem of the client by answering them to their problems.
Now let’s talk about the application of technology in enhancing communication, it
maintain two way communications. Business proposal presentation improves communication by
communicating the message according to client needs. This can include more audiences in
communication. Therefore I can use this skill in making different proposal presentation in the
business (Perić, Vitezić, & Ðurkin, 2017). It include project management proposal for
describing the information about particular procedure. The other is sales proposal for offering the
product and services to sale. The conclusion of the presentation is that business proposal
presentation increase profits of the organization. It leads in encouraging more clients to connect
with the particular product and services. This also allows me to use this skill in the business
environment and help in getting better outcomes.
