I have given the presentation on NHS where I have used various kinds of strategies use. To
reflect on my role in the group presentation, Gibbs Reflective Cycle has used. In the first stage of
description, I was got a chance of group presentation in the college on NHS. That time, I was
feeling that how I will do this work and how I will explain my information and knowledge in front
of the other people. Along with this, at the same time, my mind was started to find the ways or
strategies to create a framework for this presentation. In the feeling phase, I was speaking to my
team member regarding the structure and strategies to deliver the presentation on the NHS. For this,
we had planned to adopt some tactics such as research strategy, time management, communication
medium etc. During this work, I had divide the work between each members so that required and
important information can be collected on time and complete the research work within the allocated
time duration. On the other hand, I had prepared some cases on the NHS so that it can be easy and
effective to communicate the important information about the presentation topic. In Evaluation
phase, I had assessed that the gather information was enough but it was important to make the
presentation way impressive. In this context, I had planned to include some pictures and statistics of
the NHS so that audience can understand what I want to communicate them. In addition to this, I
has needed to improve my communication skills and on the basis of this I had brought some
changes in mine and my group members also.
At analysis stage, I had analyzed that we had given a well presentation in front of the other
audience and had able to communicate the right information to the listeners. Along with this, I had
analyzed that I had learned various aspects of health care in right manner. By considering this, I had
concluded that I have needed some improvement in different areas. I have still found the scope of
development in my research skills because some time, I have not able to found out the right
contents. Along with this, I have needed to develop my time management and leadership skills for
the future. Apart from all of these, I have still found to make the presentation or any other work
better in the future, I have to learn team working and develop coordination with different team
members. In the last stage i.e. action plan, in future, I will aim to develop some assertive skills
while working with team members. Along with this, I will learn and understand different kind of
health care knowledge so that I can define the things in the right manner. Further, I have to adopt
some strategies to make the presentation work better and effective in the future by learning from
mistakes.
