Introduction
The fear factor of individual must be resolved as soon as possible through adequate
training and development. This is required so that individual can overcome his fear
and lead in its part. Firm dedication and determination should be encouraged so
that I can overcome my fear in totality (Majid, 2016). This will give me immense
confidence and as a result, task will be successfully accomplished by me. Thus,
managing time and accomplishing required tasks are important elements in
successful achievement of individual goals in effectual manner. This is quite
necessary so that individual development of mine can be made in effective manner.
Part 1 The presentation part of mine was not good as I had to made developments in my
presentation part as I was having stage fear in front of the audience. I was feeling
very nervous as I had never delivered any presentations in front of personnels. It
was a challenge for me to perform good. It had an obstacle for me as I was afraid
of being giving presentation in front of big personnels. My group of five people
had many preparations regarding it. I started practising in front of my relatives
month ago of presentation. I made several developments and was ready for the
presentation. I feel that my contribution to the team was not adequate because it
was my first experience and also I was not confident in delivering presentation.
This has made an impact on overall presentation. My members were very
enthusiastic in delivering their parts and as such, they were much confident and
energetic. They had performed tremendously and which overshadowed my
mistakes in totality.

Part 2 The presentation had been successfully delivered to audience. They were having
more experience than me and as such were more confident in carrying out the task.
As a result, presentation was successful in totality. I had problems in my
presentation part as when I had to address the audience, I was not able to perform
my best because I was feeling nervous in that part because it was the starting part
of the presentation. I addressed the audience but not able to give my best
performance. My group and I had disagreed on welcoming the audience as I had
conveyed them that welcome part should be done by some other person because I
was lacking in that part (Gallego, 2014). I was lacking because my communication
skills are not vibrant but my group didn't allow me to deny. As a result, I had
observed some sort of discrepancies in delivering my part in effectual manner.
I had felt frustration in my first presentation. The process was not good and
I had found many shortcomings about it. Mine presentation was not up to mark and
I had not delivered it with enthusiasm, confidence and with full dedication. As I
was having problems in my part, my group didn't resolve it and as a result my
presentation part was a bit blunder. I had been faced serious repercussions of that
because the presentation was not adequate and it has lead down by morale and
confidence (Yee, Abdullah and Nawi, 2017). This had been frustrating to me
because I could had performed well by managing the time and by practising with
full dedication. Firm determination was also lacking on my part as a result my
performance was not adequate and I'm not satisfied with it. if my group had solved
my problems earlier beforehand, my performance could have been the best among
all. My satisfaction level would be accomplished.

Conclusion/
Outcome
Hereby it can be concluded that I had learned from my group that time
management is quite important in delivering presentation. My group people were
much anticipated of delivering presentation. They were really confident and were
working hard to attain proficiency in it. This ability of working hard and with full
dedication has given me lot of learning new things in my behaviour. I feel that I
have started managing my time quite effectively and also I'm able to tolerate my
patience level in effectual manner. I have also learnt that communication skills
should be more powerful and effective so that I can efficiently and fearlessly
convey my problems to people so that I may develop good communication skills.
This is quite essential because team work requires lot of communication between
members and as a result it should be good so that communication barrier can be
removed and confidence can be achieved in effectual manner.
