INTRODUCTION
This report is based on reflect writing in which reflection will be going write in
performance of individual in group presentation. In addition to this, it will furthermore
elaborate the area which require development as well as in relation of same action plan will
be develop. This will provide assistance in enhancing skills and knowledge which required
for giving better presentation in future.
MAIN BODY
1. Reflect on your performance in group presentation
Presentation means communication which can be adapted to the several; speaking
situation like as talking to group as well as addressing meeting or briefing a team. In addition
to this, within group presentation 2 or more than that people are involved who discussing
single topic. Moreover, group presentation has positive impact on by skills and knowledge as
well as I learned several things within more effective manner. Along with this, it provides
assistance in analysing the area which required to be develop so that effective majors will be
taken in relation of same. These will provide assistance in future while giving any
presentation.
Along with this, by giving presentation I will be able to determine my soft as
well as hard both skills in better manner. Thus, soft skills incorporate any expertise that can
be delegated a character quality or propensity. Relational abilities and relational abilities are
more explicit classifications of delicate aptitudes that numerous businesses search for in work
up-and-comers. There are numerous delicate aptitudes that you could list on your resume or
introductory letter. Probably the most searched after delicate aptitudes include: effective
communications, teamwork, adaptability, leadership, research and many more. On the other
hand, Hard skills are found out capacities gained and upgraded through training, redundancy,
and instruction. Hard aptitudes are significant in light of the fact that they increment worker
profitability and proficiency and along these lines improve representative fulfilment. In any
case, hard abilities alone don't convert into business accomplishment as representatives

skills in better manner because it will provide assistance to me in giving presentation within
more effective manner and gaining better outcomes. In simple term it can be said that I have
to develop several skills and knowledge in better manner for gaining better presentations at
academic as well as professional level both. In other words, it can be said that, before
developing any skills it is important for an individual to identify first which area require
development. After analysing only, it will be possible to develop skills and knowledge in
better manner. It is important for me to develop above mention skills in effective manner
because it provides assistance to me in academic life and will also in future within
professional area. Although for developing these skills it is important to design proper action
plan and have to conduct major activities because these will assist in developing skills and
knowledge in better manner. Developing these skills will help me in future for giving
effective presentations as well as I will be able to handle group activities in better manner and
gain effective outcomes.
I have to develop my communication skills which is important fir gaining better
opportunity as professional in future as well as in academics also. Because with the assistance
of proper communication skills I will be able to communicate with everyone in effective
manner as well as can explain my things to others in better manner without facing any
difficulties. . Apart from this, another difficulty which I face is time management and it is
important for me to develop respective skills in better manner. Because time play important
role in this competitive world and it is essential for everyone to develop time management
skills in effective manner. With the assistance of this I will be able to conduct as well as
finish each and every activity within required duration in effective manner. Along with this,
for me it is important to enhance my problem-solving skills also because while working in an
team I face several problem. But in that situation, I was not able to solve that issues in proper
manner and that result in negative impact on overall team. Thus, it is essential for me to
develop problem solving skills in proper manner and gain better outcomes in relation of
same. Successful issue solvers can consider some fresh possibilities when difficulties or
issues emerge.

skills include observing, empathising, listening, speaking and many more. Apart from this,
another difficulty which I face is time management and it is important for me to develop
respective skills in better manner. Because time play important role in this competitive world
and it is essential for everyone to develop time management skills in effective manner. With
the assistance of this I will be able to conduct as well as finish each and every activity within
required duration in effective manner. Moreover, time management, responsibility and
accountability are important equally for career as they are within academic life. Time
management is not required only in academic as well as professional life but it play important
role in daily life also. Because with the assistance of this I will be able to conduct work in
proper manner and accomplish desired goals and objectives.
For me it is important to enhance my problem-solving skills also because while
working in an team I face several problem. But in that situation, I was not able to solve that
issues in proper manner and that result in negative impact on overall team. Thus, it is
essential for me to develop problem solving skills in proper manner and gain better outcomes
in relation of same. Successful issue solvers can consider some fresh possibilities when
difficulties or issues emerge. Instead of zeroing in on negative results, they remain quiet and
help their cooperation towards an answer. This methodology reveals barricades or
shortcomings that are hindering the group's prosperity, so you can attempt to improve those
cycles later on.
It is important for me to develop above mention skills in effective manner because it
provides assistance to me in academic life and will also in future within professional area.

Although for developing these skills it is important to design proper action plan and have to
conduct major activities because these will assist in developing skills and knowledge in better

An action plan is detailed plan outlining actions needed for reaching one or more than
that goals. It is important to design proper action plan because this provide assistance in

purpose of an action plan is to clarify what resources are needed for reaching the goals,
formulate a timeline which represent that when particular task required to be completed as
well as identify what resources are required for completing particular task in proper manner.
Thus, I want to develop my several skills which required for conducting any specific task in
