INTRODUCTION
The effective working of employees is very essential in order to have group
presentation in effective manner. The following strategies are to be used in order to
define the areas of development (Steps in Preparing a Presentation .2017). This all
improvement is to be taken in relation to have expert skill in performing of any activities.
The present report is covering the following strategies which is very helpful in manner to
have proper areas of development.
MAIN BODY
Self reflection on process of group presentation
In manner to make group presentation effective I have taken various strategies
which help me in manner to make proper development in all area of working. With the
help of this I was able to present my performance in better manner. I have chosen the
following strategies in relation to improve the working are defined in following manner
are as-
 Practice- I have realised that it is true to said that practice makes anyone perfect.
In this manner I have rehearsed my presentation in multiple time to make it
better. I am very famous around the office of staying up late the neigh before
presentation.
 Be optimistic- it is very essential to transfer the nervous energy into enthusiasm it
is helpful to perform in more expertise way. I use various methods which can
pump me up and helps to boost up my morale. The confidence is very important
in relation to make the group presentation in effective manner.
 Attend other presentation- To take participation in other presentation help to
enhance the skill of person. In this kind of activities the knowledge plays very
essential role. I have attended various meeting which help me to enhance my
skill in order to give better and effective presentation.
 Arrive early- It can be true to said that first impression is last impression. The
individual should be on time to settle in before you start to define you
presentation. The plenty of time spend with ourselves help us to boos-up the
confidence level.

 Adjust to your surroundings- The environment play vital role in relation to make
the presentation more effective (Swartz,Tapia and Thorpe, 2017). The
surrounding should be in better manner with help of this I can focus to my work in
more effective way which help to get success in my presentation.
 Meet and greet- I always used to talk with people before having presentation. In
this way I analyse the needs of people and the way I should communicate with
them. This kind of working of mine impress the people. With the help of this
approach I am able to inspire to weave into talk.
 Using of positive visualisation- with the help of various study the person can able
to determine effectiveness of positive visualisation. We should think in optimistic
manner so we can have desired result.
 Understanding with Audience- I have realised that it is very essential to
understand the people who are their to see your presentation. The many people
have fear to speak out before audience. This kind of things can have negative
influence. To make the group presentation in better person should understand
each other and work as whole (Routledge.Zheng, Bender and Nadershahi,
2017).
 Take deep breaths- in the way of to your presentation in is important to be
relaxed. In this way person can have more benefit. With the smile and boosted
confidence level he can perform in more efficient and effective way. So individual
should take deep breath and try to relax the body so that he can bring out the
positive results.
 Smile- This is very essential to carry it. It helps to calm the people and gives
relaxation to person mind with the help of this he can perform better without
enough confidence level (Woodcock, 2017). Seeing smile on individual face the
audience also get attracts towards him. It is the main reason behind successful
presentation.
 Don't try to cover too much material- The presentation should be made with the
using of important information. The excess stuff make the devastated

performance (Galassi, 2017). I always try to include those matter which can give
reliable information in short and simple trick. In this way propel can understand
effectively what you want to present. The graphs and picture in the presentation
should use so that people get attract towards it.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it has been concluded that to make attractive presentation
the person should perform in expert manner with more practice. The effective working of
employees is very essential in order to have group presentation in effective manner.
The strategies are to be used in order to define the areas of development. This all
