CHAPTER 1 - INTRODUCTION
Ulcer is an open sore that affects individual’s external as well as internal surface can cause
break in skin. Pressure ulcers (PUs) are a normal, exorbitant and possibly preventable condition.
Since the 1990s, administrative offices and expert associations have issued clinical practice rules
to avoid PU. However, the interpretation of these bedside rules continues to be a test. Gradually,
medical service associations are providing intermediaries to improve PU expectations, but there
is little evidence on which of these interventions can be effectively implemented in situations of
normal consideration through quality improvement (IQ). Similarly, we attempted to identify and
explain nurse-based IQ differences for the patient's PU expectancy. Effective leadership in health
care plays most important role through which various health care issues can be overcome in an
effective manner.
Background of research
A systematic examination of medically-assisted assistant intervention interventions
performed in the context of the clinic will educate the evidence base for running news factor
(PU) ulcer expectation programs. No matter how accessible distributed rules are, there is little
evidence that mediation can be coordinated effectively under normal consideration through
quality improvement (IQ). The two previous writing unions with the expectation of PU included
articles from different backgrounds, but did not clearly address IQ.

among people. A study on National Health Services.”

Significance of study
CHAPTER 2 – LITERATURE REVIEW
Literature synthesis to differentiate peak times and results of IQ intervention studies can
provide big data on ways to consider when planning specific IQ goals. Past writings on PU
avoidance include articles from a range of contexts, but did not specifically focus on IQ. For
example, Gould et al. (2000), who reviewed emergency clinics and local area interventions to
avoid PUs in the UK, argue that the evidence base for centralizing PU prevention is poor. Tooher
et al. (2003), examining studies on the use of PU guideline regulation in healthcare settings,
argued that dynamics versus unrelated methods were associated with better outcomes and that
the overall functional capacity of the systems could not be accepted for resolve.
Cconcept of ulcer among people
As per the view point of Armstrong, (2020) ulcer is defined as a sore that means it is an
open as well as a painful wound. There different type of ulcers such as gastric ulcers or ulcer
which is developed in stomach lining of individuals. Along with this, esophageal ulcers
developed in esophageal ulcers (Sprigle, McNair and Sonenblum, 2020). While on the other
hand duodenal ulcers is developed in duodenal ulcers. In addition to this according to the
viewpoint of ulcer is break that affects both small intestines and stomach. It badly affects
membrane that affect normal functioning of dondom. It affects individuals that may lead them
towards feeling pain even worse between meals at night. Furthermore it has been underlined that
ulcer mainly occurs when stomach acid damages digestive track lining that lead towards
abdominal pain among individuals. In addition it has been underlined that is a break in the cause
of skin membrane that leads towards loss of surface tissue.

Causes of Ulcer among people
According to the viewpoint of Boulton, (2020) there are a number of factors that acts as
common causes of ulcer. However it has been identified that ulcers are mainly more common in
men as comparatively to women. It is basically caused by an infection with the bacterium which
is known Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori). In addition to this it has been underlined that long term
use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), such as aspirin, ibuprofen, or naproxen
are also act as the major causes of ulcer, as they produce acid within human body. Ulcer mainly
damage protective lining (Abu-Qamar, Kemp and Whitehead, 2020). Furthermore according to
the analysis it has been identified that stress is also one of the major reason that lead towards
development of ulcer. Thus according to the above mentioned analysis it has been identified that
there are a number of factors that act as a causes of ulcer that affects break or discontinue bodily
membrane and impact upon normal functioning of affected organ.
Issues face by people due to ulcer and its impact over their health condition
According to the viewpoint of Ousey, (2020) there are number of issues that can be faced
by individual due to ulcer and have negative impact upon their health conditions. It has been

identified that if an ulcer become in affected then it will quickly perfect legs, skin and can further
cause mental problem among individual. According to the analysis it has been identified that
people those who are suffering from ulcer face high level of anxiety and neurotic personality
traits (Boulton, 2020). Along with this as per according to the evaluation it has been identified
that ulcer also lead towards developing psychological stress among individual that will lead
towards change in the body’s pH a. Thus according to the above mentioned analysis it has been
identified that there are a number of issues that individuals can face from ulcer such as
occurrence of breathing and other serious complications such as stomach pains and distance from
blood loss.
Ways to prevent the pressure ulcer among people
As per the view point of Sonenblum, (2020) there are number of ways through which
prevention of the pressure ulcer among individuals can be done. It has been identified that by
taking good care of skin, maintaining fluid intake and good nutrition, managing stress, quitting
smoking and exercising daily are some of the ways through which individuals can effectively
prevent the pressure of ulcer. Along with his according to the analysis it has been identified that
by making regular change in an individual lying or sitting position also act as a best way to
through which prevention of pressure ulcers can be done (Khojastehfar, Ghezeljeh and Haghani,
2020). Ulcer may lead individuals to face various forms of loss in terms of blood loss and more.
Thus, it is essential for individual to effectively maintain healthy diet and manage chronic health
conditions with the help of proper fluid intake. There are a number of non surgical as well as
surgical treatments through which individual can prevent the pressure of ulcer. It is essential for
people to take good diet with a healthy diet plan in order to keep intestinal track in a good
condition. Furthermore, according to the analysis with the help of good eating habits like
vegetable fruits and fibres will aid individuals to prevent pressure ulcer.
