Managing a successful business project is very essential for developing various
opportunities for the organisation. In the present report, aim and objectives are developed on the
basis of which whole project is conducted in an effective manner. It has been said that in this

INTRODUCTION
Globalisation is a method used by various multinational companies in order to expand its

brand image of company. By adopting globalisation method companies will be able to attract
large number of customers towards their entity which as a result enhance its profitability.
Primark is chosen as the base company in this report which was founded in the year 1969 (Boyle,
2017). Its headquarter is located in Ireland and deals fast fashion industry. In this project,
various things are included which need to be conducted effectively for which aims and objectives
are going to be developed. Apart from this, work breakdown structure, Gantt chart and project
management plan is included. In addition to this, recommendation is given to the company after
conducting the research in an effective manner. It includes detail explanation on the research
methodology topic. At last, recommendation and reflection is given at the end of this research.

assistance in order to hire best and suitable candidates. With the help of highly qualified
employees, managers of the company attain their goals and objectives within stipulated

basis might assist in enhancing the efficiency of staff members.

communication skill is enhanced by passing the time which assist me in near future. Along
with this, it has also been identified that all my skills are enhanced when I was conducting
this research which gives me various positive results in my near future.
While conducting this research various activities are going to be performed by the
researcher so that positive outcome will be produced. One of the biggest task for researcher
is to gather information from respondents. There are some factors or elements which affect
the overall result of the research. While collecting information it has been identified that my
communication and convincing skill is not effective which reduce the quality of research
outcome. It has been analysed that while collecting information, respondents do not provide
correct answers which affect the whole process in a negative manner. This is the process
which requires lot of time, cost and patience which affects the result as I was quite nervous

while communicating with respondents. Along with this, majority of respondents thinks that
it is one of the most time consuming activity which negatively affects the output of this
research. But at the end of this research, my communicating and time management skill is
enhanced which assist me in my near future.
CONCLUSION
As per the above stated report, it has been concluded that globalization is the method
which highly influence the performance of business organization in both positive as well as
negative manner. It has also been identified that each and every organization need to adopt
effective recruitment policies which assist in selecting, hiring and recruiting best candidate
for the development of company at the competitive marketplace. In this report, a Project
management plan is prepared with the help of which researcher will be able to perform their
task in an effective manner and within specific time period. Along with this, researcher
adopt both primary as well as secondary method for collecting data which as a result

Main aim of this project is “To examine the methods of selection,

Yes, according to my own view point I have succeed to attain the aims which is
