INTRODUCTION

Primark is chosen as the base company in this report which was founded in the year 1969 (Boyle,
2017). Its headquarter is located in Ireland and deals fast fashion industry. In this project,
various things are included which need to be conducted effectively for which aims and objectives
are going to be developed. Apart from this, work breakdown structure, Gantt chart and project
management plan is included. In addition to this, recommendation is given to the company after
conducting the research in an effective manner. It includes detail explanation on the research
