large number of customers towards their entity which as a result enhance its profitability.
Primark is chosen as the base company in this report which was founded in the year 1969 (Boyle,
2017). Its headquarter is located in Ireland and deals fast fashion industry. In this project,
various things are included which need to be conducted effectively for which aims and objectives
are going to be developed. Apart from this, work breakdown structure, Gantt chart and project
management plan is included. In addition to this, recommendation is given to the company after
conducting the research in an effective manner. It includes detail explanation on the research
methodology topic. At last, recommendation and reflection is given at the end of this research.

across the world. In reference to the current research topic, it has been said that globalisation,
selection, recruitment and training is one of the most important method which provide
assistance in order to hire best and suitable candidates. With the help of highly qualified
employees, managers of the company attain their goals and objectives within stipulated

period of time. Along with this, by providing training sessions to employees on a regular
basis might assist in enhancing the efficiency of staff members.

incurred in the project which includes operation cost, production cost, R&D cost and
many more. In the present research, total cost is around £350 in order to conduct the
research in an effective manner. Therefore, it is very essential for the researcher to
calculate the cost in an effective manner before conducting the research (Deresky,
2017). So that, funds can be collected and managed by the team within specific time
frame.

P3 Gantt chart and work break down structure
Gantt chart: It is a method developed in the year 1910 by Henry Gantt, which
mainly shows the equilibrium between time as well as activities performed by individuals in
order to complete the task. Gantt chart is a graphical representation of activities performed
and time duration which mainly shows the time duration of activities on x axis and on the
other hand performed activities on y axis on the chart (Glukhov, Ilin and Levina, 2015). In
the context of present research, investigator adopt this method which indicates the starting
as well as finishing point of activities. With the help of this, investigator will be able to
perform their work according to the predefine time period. This as a result, create positive
outcome within specific time period.

Work breakdown structure: WBS is a tool mainly used by project manager in order to divide
complex and time consuming task in different small activities. This method plays very
important role in the present research as it enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of team

members. WBS structure is used by project leader in order to complete the task within
specific period of time and in effective manner (Hillary, 2017). It has also been said that
each team member is assigned with work according to their efficiency. With the help of
WBS structure, researcher will be able to enhance the accuracy and reliability of result.

researcher. In reference to the present research, researcher use books, online articles, journals

collection method so that they can gather relevant data and information on a specific topic within
given time frame. Investigator use questionnaire method in primary whereas in case of secondary
method they use books, journals, online articles for collecting data.
Qualitative research: In context of research, qualitative data plays very important role in
order to determine the characteristics as well as traits and is mainly represented by number code,
symbols and name. In this type of research, collected information and data is examined by the
description of data and experience. It is the kind of research which assist in collecting detailed
information on a particular topic (Julien, 2018). Such type of data is being collected with the
help of observation method, survey, personal interview, focused groups, and so on. In reference

based on the perception of human.
Quantitative research: It is the type of research which is mainly based on the numerical

with the help of questionnaire method so that the research will be conducted in an effective
