INTRODUCTION ABOUT ORGANISATION AND
ROLE PLAYED BY ME IN THE FIRM
 Primark is an international retailer which deals in latest
fashion, beauty and homeware.
 These all items are being sold out at best value for the
customers coming to the stores.
 Primark provides its services by having stores at high streets.
 So, that it can be reachable for the customers in the market.
 Primark generate employment for local people, as I’m one of
the employee in Primark store prevailing in the market.

MAIN BODY
 My principle task while volunteering
 In initial stage I was assigned administrative support role in Primark to
effectively manage various function and activities of company so that it can
gain competitive advantages. I have also helped in organising various
activities at drop-in centre such as singing group within Primark.
 What I have learned while volunteering
 While performing various function in Primark in volunteering I have
learned about various stigma and mental health issue faced by large number
of people. I have also learned effective listening skills and empathy that
helps me to perform various function in both personal and professional life.
